I have absolutely no issues with my PC, this PC came in actually 1 day ahead of schedule, which is fantastic. I meant to write this way earlier but stuff got in the way. At anyrate I am definitely happy with what I have, games work great with no problems. The colors are great and the machine itself is practically quiet. Works great. Very fast with just a couple of minor issues. Can't turn the RGB coloring off despite having a button for it, and the side panel is too short on one side and doesn't close. If you can deal with that then it's well worth the price.

I go this thinking it had good specs for what we wanted, and on paper it does. But the HardDrive in is absolute crap. I looked this company up and found a ton of people complaining about the quality of what is in it. I had to find the windows key, but a new HD and install a fresh copy of it to even make it stable. I got another computer from someone else and they are next to each other, similar price, but the 2nd one is lightspeed compared to this POS. ... show more

I've been playing fortnite on it and I have a pretty steady 144 fps. The rgb fans have one color. There is an rgb button that does nothing. From what I looked up, the mobo that comes with this pc has no control for rgd fans. I have an msi laptop and this was my first pc purchase. The fan controls and stuff for this pc are kinda too much. Ig I'm just used to all of my controls being easy and in one spot on my laptop. The wiring is okay. Could've been cleaner. ... show more

When connected to the WiFi download speeds were at 30kbps and that was sitting right by the wireless router. We used an Ethernet connection hard wired and speed tested at 90Mbps but could not achieve more than 11 Mbps download speed. I have 500Mbps internet. Couldn’t even play Roblox on it. We returned it and you have to wait 30 days to get your refund. The computer didn’t even come with a user/trouble shooting guide.
