I have absolutely no issues with my PC, this PC came in actually 1 day ahead of schedule, which is fantastic. I meant to write this way earlier but stuff got in the way. At anyrate I am definitely happy with what I have, games work great with no problems. The colors are great and the machine itself is practically quiet. I bought this pc solely to take the load of streaming off of my main rig and it does its job well. The only issue is its poor WiFi connectivity at times but for its price it’s not a bad deal.

The box it came in was completely undamaged, however the front right corner was bent so bad that the side panel was hanging off in the front, and I couldn't re-seat it properly due to the deformation. This tells me it was damaged before packaging, thus QC in the manufacturer is lacking. Unfortunately I need this computer for a new hire so I put all components in a extra case I had. Even though I was not happy with the damage, I gave it 2 stars becuase the components are perfect for what I need and the rebuild works great. ... show more

Works great. Very fast with just a couple of minor issues. Can't turn the RGB coloring off despite having a button for it, and the side panel is too short on one side and doesn't close. If you can deal with that then it's well worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. (Sorry for the noise my phone case is awful and was slipping.) Great PC for anyone that’s switching over from ps5/xbox and are not sure what to get. Does everything I need it to for gaming and for work/life. Looks great, is quite, and all my games run smooth.

When connected to the WiFi download speeds were at 30kbps and that was sitting right by the wireless router. We used an Ethernet connection hard wired and speed tested at 90Mbps but could not achieve more than 11 Mbps download speed. I have 500Mbps internet. Couldn’t even play Roblox on it. We returned it and you have to wait 30 days to get your refund. The computer didn’t even come with a user/trouble shooting guide.
