The accompanying app needed to print from mobile device is the opposite of user friendly and gives no instructions to help. I returned and found another printer that has a better app.

    • I won’t recommend this label printer
The media could not be loaded. This printer label is not working. After following the configuration Manual it wasn’t helpful. It keeps blinking the red light even after inserting the label correctly. It took me over 3hrs trying to configure or set the label printer which I still didn’t succeed

    • Doesn’t work
I installed the software, and hit “print” but nothing comes out. The software is cheap crap, it doesn’t even help you adjust sizes.

    • Glad I bought this one!!
I initially purchased a different more tried and true brand but that didn’t go so well which made me search for another one. Firstly this one comes with space in the inside to hold the labels which is crucial for space saving. It was easy enough to setup. It prints clear and legible and it’s easy to rip/cut the labels when printed right from the dispenser. I was hesitant at first to buy this one due to the low review count but I am super satisfied with the performance of this thermal printer. I sell on eBay and print regularly and haven’t had one hiccup yet. Definitely recommend! ... show more
