Super quality, exactly what I wanted! Whether wireless or corded, instruments can still take a dive when a strap slips off an endpin jack. Glad to see someone actually developed, made and marketed this - I had a similar idea back in the late 90's when as a touring multi-instrumentalist, I had my acoustic-electric modified in order to install a real straplock. (I had a luthier relocate the endpin jack to a standard jack on the lower bout with reinforcing blocking installed inside, doweling the original hole and then installing a locking button. A royal pain, there had to be an easier way. This is it.) Provided you're handy with a soldering iron to disconnect and then reconnect the jack, a super easy install that, if desired, can be undone because no modifications to the wood are required. ... show more

Have a great guitar but was an issue trying to put on strap the way plug is designed. Ordered this to eliminate this issue and it worked great! Awesome product and would definitely recommend if anyone has amp plug/butt pin combination, this is the perfect solution

I have two Taylor guitars and getting a strap to fasten over the plugin is a real pain. This makes it so much easier. Very easy to install. I didn't need to get any locks as the straps I have already secure it to the pegs. Does what I need it to.
