These work really well feel very sturdy have held up to a lot of abuse. A super plus note you can leave them on when you want to put your switch in the dock. A nice protective grip that adds comfort to the switch in hanheld mode. Allows the switch to dock without removing although it's very snug so I would not use without a screen protector. It is very easy to take on and off. Joy cons are easily removed with the case on as well.

I like the case; it's comfortable to hold for long periods of time and it fits my hands well. It seems like it would be pretty shock absorbant, and seems to be made well. It allows for a tempered glass screen protector, and has cutouts for the speakers, 3.5mm jack, and the vents. That being said, this case is NOT dockable as advertised. It makes the switch too thick so it will not stay connected. It also puts too much pressure on the dock, to the point where I heard plastic crack when I tried it. One other thing to note: your switch may retain more heat with a case on. When I have this case on, I have noticed I can feel the air coming out of the top vent pretty much constantly, whereas I can't feel any air coming out without the case. This likely isn't unique to this case, although I don't have another one to compare to. I also haven't noticed any adverse effects, so it's probably nothing to worry about, but it was something I immediately noticed so I thought I'd mention it. Overall, I like the case. I don't frequently dock my switch so the fact that this case isn't dock-compatible doesn't really bother me. However, if you often dock yours, I would look for something else. ... show more

Came in a nice plastic packaging with easy instructions. It's very simple to put on the switch, but I still like the professional packaging and instructions. My son loves the color and I like that it holds everything together really well. Only complaint is that I got it because it was supposed to fit in the charging station and it does not. You have to really force it in there. Seems to be a common problem when trying to protect switches. ... show more

Great case, seems durable, and not heavy. It docks easily, even with a glass screen protector on it. The joycons come out rather easily with the case on, so My kids can switch between docked and not on their own. The case also looks great, and not the standard ugly bulky case.

Not sure why a lot of reviews are saying its not dockable, but it’s definitely dockable! I was a bit skeptical becuz of all of those reviews but it fits perfectly into the dock without any kind of struggle to push and charges the switch just fine. Bought this for my 10 year old son, he loves how it feels and how easy it is to hold his switch now. This is a must buy guys. The only thing I can think of is the older docks, the white box switches, maybe it’s a tight fit in those even tho I did not hear the dock changed but it was the only thought I had I could be wrong don’t quote me lol. It is easy to hold and sturdy. I like the grips and it’s not slippery. Easy to fit on the switch and easy to remove. The big downside is that when on the switch, it does NOT fit on the dock. I have an extra dock and tried on both and it only goes on half way till it gets stuck. I don’t have a thick screen protector on my switch either. Thankfully I did because now it has scratches from trying to fit it in the dock with the case. I do like the case though. I have the red switch and bought the blue case and it looks great. I don’t recommended docking it with the case on. A bit let down, but still gonna keep it. Also to note, the case covers the back so you can not use the kickstand.
