Out of all the grips I have tried, (Satisfye, Skull and Co.), this is the over all best grip for my hands and the most solid grip. It fits perfectly with no flaws or sagging. The weight is acceptable. The handles are at just the right angle for hitting the buttons properly. I found it to be the easiest grip to apply and remove and without scratching anything. I've removed it and applied several times already on both my switches and had no problems with scratching. Very quick and easy to remove. This case is great. Grabbed one for each kids switch. Adds just enough bulk to a slim portable system to make it feel comfortable in you hand. The controllers slip out easily without removing the case. And it fits the dock though its tight and you have to be gentle and double check the green light / battery charging icon come on to confirm its docked. If you drop it on the top corners your probably F'd but you need access to those buttons up there anyway... I also bought the compatible black carrying case with is perfect as well. It does not dock well, kinda has to stretch the dock to fit so I only use it when traveling. But it has good dexterity and is pretty rugged. Would recommend for those kids that are terrors....you know who you are don't deny it.

After recieving the case, I could tell right away that the plastic on it wasn't some cheap plastic, it actually feels like it has some good plastic plastic, nice and thick, very comfy to hold, I always hated how the Switch felt in handheld mode, but with the design of this case, that issue is fixed! Putting my Switch into the case seemed like a little bit of a hassle with how the instructions tell you to do it, but just take the joy-cons off of the Switch first, slide the Switch into the case, then slide the joy-cons back in, I found this WAY easier to get the case on, (and vise-versa if you ever wanna take it off) as for putting my Switch into the dock with the case on, it was a little snug sliding it down into the dock, but it fits perfectly fine, at least now my Switch won't rattle back and forth while in the dock, so this is a plus! Would I recommend this case? Yes, yes I would! :) EDIT: After looking over the case a little more, I noticed you can't use the kick stand, the clear plastic on the back is blocking it from being used, so because of that, I changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars, still a really good protective case for your Switch, just keep in mind the whole "can't use the kick stand" issue! ... show more

Great protective case. Went with the neon green and it looks great! Adds extra grip when you hold your switch. Still able to the joy cons without having to take the case off. There are a lot of reviews saying your not able to dock it with this case, that’s not true. You are able to dock it AS LONG as you don’t have a tempered glass screen protector on your switch! But honestly it’s not hard to remove the case, so if you have a tempered glass screen protector on your switch, just take the case off prior to putting it in the dock. No big deal. Also purchased the Mumba travel case. Perfect combination! ... show more

I bought this because I felt it would be an upgrade from the prior version that has grips but cannot be docked. Although this version can be docked, it is not easy and I am not sure if I would recommend it to be done frequently. You don't need to force it down but it does require wiggling and patience and some tugging on the switch dock to loosen it--every time. This is probably a one minute ordeal to dock it each time. Half of the time I am not sure if it docked and I need to check whether it is charging or not--because it is so slow to push down and you are not sure if it has reached the bottom. It gets tight and you cannot feel or hear a *click* when the USB-C has connected. As a note, I have had my Switch since Q4 2018, if anyone is wondering about the version of the consoles/hardware. On another note... The neon green case may go better with a different version of joy cons that are not red/blue.... ... show more

While you technically can dock it, it’s such a tight fit that sometimes you put it in and it’s not charging even though it looks secure. So I have to take it off to dock it. Good case otherwise.
