Surprised Amazon is allowing this- purchased card prior to reading reviews (didn’t think much of it, just a giftcard) and immediately tried redeeming it rather than gifting due to negative reviews…took the funds from the card and at the time of sending me the e giftcard “timed out” and now the giftcard is at a zero balance. Very inconvenient. You don’t get to speak to a live person when attempting to resolve and never heard back through the email option. I was looking for a gift card for my daughter in law for Mother’s Day when I came across this one. What really caught my eye was that there were a couple of restaurants & 3 different department stores. This is a perfect gift as it is really different I would purchase a card like this again especially since I didn’t quite know which store or restaurant she liked the best! I purchased this for a gift and thought it was so cute and gave options for multiple businesses it can be used. Also, with all the scammer stories, I felt better about buying it from Amazon that in a local retail store where it could have been altered. Great card and great purchase from Amazon.

I will be calling to get this resolved, but the card was not activated. That is such an embarrassing inconvenience when you gift it to someone. They try to use it, fail, don't want to mention it, but when they do, you scramble around trying to recall where/when you purchased the gift card, what the problem could possibly be, only to call the number on the back of the card and it says "This card was not activated at the point of sale." Then it directs you back to where you bought it. What a hassle. Not convenient. ... show more
