It is a cup and jock strap what can one say other then it works and is relatively comfortable. I bought this thing for sparring in martial arts and it works well for the purpose. But let's face it guys these things are not and never have been very comfortable.

I use this product for HEMA style sword sparring when, believe me, you want to have your groinas supported and protected as you can manage. It does a decent enough job of this but is not as comfortable to wear as other, similar, products that I have purchased in the past. I purchased this for some extra protection after a medical procedure. I'm 6' 200lb and found this comfortable to wear. I really liked the soft silicon type spongy feeling edges of the cup. It allowed for some flex in the cup without digging it into either side of my body. It had no unpleasant petroleum or rubber type orders that you often find with cheaply made plastics/rubber. What I can say is the waist seems off. I'm a solid 35" waist fitting in most 34 through 36 size pants. This was pretty tight but not uncomfortable. Additionally the pocket to hold the cup was a little too open and allowed for too much movement (in my opinion). Overall I'm very happy and can't complain.     • Comfortable and good for moderate impact protection
The pouch for the cup is huge and doesn't hold the cup in place very well. Essentially it's held in place by the waist band and your legs. The leg straps are weak. This would not be acceptable for strenuous impact protection such as baseball. This is a good cup-jockstrap for moderate/heavy work around one's property doing activities such as cutting down dead trees then cutting up for winter use. Good general safety use where moderate impact could happen. The cup is the standard banana type shape, which is a plus. Jockstrap durability may be weak. Time will tell. Nice product. ... show more

These fit amazing, u don’t even feel it there, these were so comfortable that I’d accidentally sleep w it on. As long as u don’t forget to clean the cup it’ll be fine, just make sure u get the right size for u, if u get one to big it’ll be pretty obvious ur wearing a cup but it’ll catch a lot of eyes ... show more

No dislikes at all,showed up fast as due to delivery ,nice and comfortable yet tough. Protection is very .....?.... satisfying i have a puppy dog now and puppies do not care where they land upon jumping on a lap,since my voice was dissolving upon screaming OW so loud this has been solved.

The thing arrived in a timely manner and it's what I ordered . I got it for my son because he's going to play football. I'm not gonna ask how it fits because I don't want to know. We'll see if it protects him this season. As far as I can tell the cup and jock strap are what it says they are.
