Received package. Box was in fine shape. Was missing the instructions and all the hardware plus was missing all the straps, shooting rail pad and cover. There was supposed to be two safety harnesses only got one. For me to return or replace I would have to wait up to 30 days for credit. I decided to go buy all the hardware and straps to make it work. For price I could have bought at Dicks and got everything without a hassle. Then wife tells me to read reviews next time because I was not the only one missing all the hardware, and they were missing the exact same things. ... show more

A lot of parts and 7 different bolt sizes that are within a 1/4" of one another and not labeled so be sure to sort them out and pay super close attention to not use the wrong one. Not sure why they don't just go with 3 sizes and a little extra length won't ruin the build and needs to be considered. Assembly was NOT fun at all so give yourself plenty of time and space to put it together! My box was completely sealed but the foam arm rest foam was not in the box. ... show more

I have put together many of ladder stands and this one was by far the easiest instructions to date. I have yet to put it in a tree but the price point and install alone make it worth it. I will try and update once it’s in the tree but as of now plan on buying a couple more ..
