This has some of the most basic essential bar items you need for key drinks. I got this for making mojitos and it does the trick. The muddler had no issues muddling the lime, sugar and mint. The jigger worked really well measuring out the liquids. It’s pretty good quality especially for the price. Now that I am retired, I have more time to relax and I like to enjoy trying out new mixed drinks. I’ve been experimenting with new recipes that call for muddling things like mint, berries, etc. I normally used a mortar and pestle, but this is quicker and I don’t need to dirty another piece of kitchen equipment. The spoon is nice and long for stirring drinks in tall glasses and when measuring liquor needs to be more precise (especially when trying out new recipes) the double jigger helps out with getting proper ratios of ingredients into the drink. ... show more

I ordered the Gbuxska Silver Mixing Tools Set mainly because I needed a muddler for all the mojitos and vodka sodas that I plan on making for my guests this summer. The other tools, especially the double jigger, are also handy. The muddler looks nice with the black on stainless steal. It also works really well; better than a wood muddler that I have used in the past. I already have a couple jiggers already but I really like this one since it includes a double on one side. This is really handy when you are making dirty martinis. The bar spoon works well when you are mixing drinks in tall classes. I think it will be great for mixing up Bloody Mary’s.
