  • Pretty well made
Color: Atlantis
The model itself was perfectly made, and the instructions were clear and simple. This was one of the best I've done. Only reasons I gave 4☆ instead of 5☆ is because the part where the model connects with the stand should be more sturdy than what it is. And towards the end when it was time to attach the lights, it was ridiculously frustrating. They could have made a better way to factor in the lights during the actual building. Other than these two points, it was overall an amazing purchase! ... show more

  • Very cool puzzle model but no lights
Color: Atlantis
The fully built model is really cool looking. It was very time consuming and some parts are really challenging but thats part of the fun. Only real problem is that it comes with no lights even though the directions have a part about putting the lights and battery pack in. Some of the finished pictures in the booklet show the building lit up so be wary if thats important to you. Otherwise great model for people looking for a challenge. ... show more

  • great concept poor engineering.
Color: Twelve Constellation
This was my first time building a model from this company. I loved the concept of a touch light and the constellation theme. Colors were lovely too. My problem with this model was the tab's are much smaller then other companies and more easily prone to metal fatigue. The instructions were very poorly done too. There were way to many picture of the same thing when they could have just said (x 8) It is a nice touch to have the numbers printed on the metal sheets. The price of the model is a bit more than some of the other companies who products are much better made. All in all I probably will not buy another model from this company as their models are just not as satisfying to build. It's a shame as the concepts are quite nice but ultimately it's all about the fun of building something that goes together well. I did not find this model fun to build and it is very delicate and light weight compared to other models I have built with similar numbers of pieces. The light also stopped working as the spot weld broke on the switch 2/3rds of the way through building it. They have you insert the light and batteries very early instead of waiting until it is finished to put the batteries in. Very obnoxious to have it blinking off and on while your building it only to have the wire break from a very small spot weld. I had to be incredible delicate with it the whole time. Again nice concept poor engineering...... ... show more

  • Loved it!
Color: Starlit Amusement Park
Absolutely loved putting this together! The tiniest pieces are the most difficult in my opinion but still fun. I will definitely be getting and making more in future. I also did use crazy glue for some parts just to make them more secure.

  • Very Misleading
Color: Atlantis
It’s called a “metal puzzle” so I expected heavy pieces of metal for the price of 80 dollars. The first photo shows the sheets. They’re very thin; just a bit thicker than aluminum foil. The second photo shows a tiny structure that took me many hours to make. The process is quite long and can get discouraging. I placed a lollipop for reference. You also need tools that aren’t provided in the actual kit. The design isn’t bad; however, I was disappointed by the size of the model. It’s way too small. In conclusion: Not worth 80 dollars ... show more

  • So nice, I'm building it twice!
Color: Atlantis
Building this took me about 4 days off and on, but I had a blast doing it! It was originally a gift for a friend, but I loved it so much I got it for myself as well!

  • Impossible
Color: Twelve Constellation
The parts are so tiny and so difficult to separate from the metal that it’s pretty much impossible to put together. I didn’t get past the first couple pages and the directions are not very helpful there is no tool to help get the pieces out and the finger. Gloves are so tiny that the cut the circulation off in my fingers ... show more
