Still waiting for test results and cannot find any contact info! Update... I was called within a few hours after I posted on Amazon and spoke to a very helpful rep! He informed me that my specimen was in the lab and I would get results within a few days. Great customer service!!

The instructions have information that is not correct, a website for video instructions doesn't exist. The contact information on the email had an email address that doesn't exist. There is no time line as to when you will get the results. They finally see me an email that it takes two weeks to process, well it has been almost two months and NOTHING. The user portal shows nothing too. How can this be amazing. It seems to be a scam! ... show more

Don't bother with the other dna tests if you just want to know if you have the MTHFR mutation. This test will get you the answer. We did it for our son and now we're doing it for ourselves too. It's extremely important to know if you have this gene if you suffer from ADD/ADHD, autism, autoimmune issues or have a lot of cancer in your family.
