Update 8/11/21 Vendor responded as a result of this review. I wish Amazon would make it easier to contact the vendor, but that isn't the vendors fault. Anyway, they send me replacement boxes to cover the breakage. They packed it well and nothing in the new shipment was broken. I hope they update their shipping boxes to put an inch or two of cushion around all sides as that would likely avoid the problem, or at least reduce it. I am very happy with the vendors response in both speed and effectiveness. The flooring looks nice and was easy to install! Original review: I got 22 boxes of this last month for a remodel project. We are finally ready to install the flooring and finding about 25% of the pieces have some damage on an edge or corner that will be very noticeable if installed. We'll do our best to use broken pieces where it doesn't matter, but we only planned for 10% breakage so will likely run short. It's not clear how to contact the seller to get a few replacement boxes (4 or 5). Update: vendor contacted me after seeing this review. While I’d love to give this 5 stars because I love everything about the first box I ordered, especially the slight variation in color (giving it a lifelike look) I’m really disappointed with the second box (used, very good). The first one was brand new and just stunning for this type of flooring- no complaints at all. But the second one I got at a discount because it was described as “used but very good”. When I clicked on that link it stated the flooring would look and function as new but the box might be damaged. Well, in my case much more than the box was damaged. Each end of every piece is nicked, broken or worn down. Of course it can be cut but that’s a lot of work I shouldn’t have to do. Thankfully I have a small bathroom and most of it will be covered with the first box, but still. If it’s damaged just let us know- at the price I got it for I’d probably still have ordered it but I would have been prepared for the extra work. The media could not be loaded. I ordered this flooring from Amazon and it arrived fast and in perfect condition. The flooring was well packaged and protected. Installation was super fast and easy. It saved me a lot of money on labor cost. The fact that it comes with a lifetime warranty is great. I have been buying MSI products for a while from Home Depot but now that I can buy it from Amazon and have it delivered to my front door is amazing! The flooring looks very nice and has a natural look to it. although it comes with an attached underlayment, I did add an additional underlayment padding for extra noise reduction, and fluid and mildew protection. I definitely recommend this high quality vinyl flooring to anyone who wants to upgrade their flooring to something that is beautiful and will last. ... show more

While the product was very easy to install and looks good once it's in, majority of the order was damaged. The corners were broken and a lot of the locks were snapped off, rendering them useless. The boxes arrived in great condition and didn't have any signs of damage, but the tiles inside of those boxes were garbage. A lot of them were unable to be used due to this. I had to reorder several additional boxes, well over what I should have needed for the project, to account for the damage. ... show more

All 8 boxes came in perfect condition they were inside another card board box with extra corner protecters we didn't have any pieces that were damaged! My bedroom looks amazing. Absolute TRASH. LITERALLY! I'm almost certain somebody repackaged all their broken and mis-cut pieces, (see pictures), taped the filthy package back together (with blue painter's tape, mind you), and that's what MSI sent me!     • Just about perfect except for the color issue
Having read the reviews, I took a double gamble. I purchased this product despite reviews of horrible damage upon receipt, and then, because it was less than half the price, I bought them from Amazon's warehouse at "like new". I got incredibly lucky because only 1 or 2 corners per box were damaged and it was nothing I couldn't hide or cut free. I ordered way more than I needed as a result. WHAT I DON'T LIKE is that there is nowhere near as much color variation in the Harlan Ridge Brown as there is in the picture. Most planks are dark, almost a coffee tone with slightly lighter sections, but there were no lighter golden colored planks as pictured. Because I was trying to match flooring for a pantry/storage room to existing real hardwood floors in the hall, I had to get creative with the flooring panels to put as much variation near the middle of the room, and less variation under the pantry shelves. I would have bought another product but I just didn't have enough time left before the rest of the room was getting finished. I also really love how this flooring goes in, how it has the rubber padding attached, and how thick and durable it seems. I'll review it again after a few months of good wear since the pantry sees a lot of traffic. ... show more
