Joystick is stiff/ graphics are not as arcade game I do not like the way the game looks on the screen. Each screen is a neon color. The joystick is not easy to manipulate which causes Ms PAC Man to only go straight…ugh! Cheaply made…very disappointing

    • Controller kept sticking
The product did not work properly. The controller kept sticking when I tried to move it. It was not a quality built item. I received it as a gift and I am so disappointed that I have not had the benefit of enjoying it. I could not recommend this product to anyone! How do I send it back for a refund?
