We have ran into nothing but roadblocks trying to put in this light. After problem solving several issues, this is the final straw. This white part is dysfunctional. The black piece will not screw on. We have tried other black pieces and they don't work either. My husband was able to screw it all the way up using a TON of force without the glass globe on, but it is impossible to apply that much force with your hand inside the glass globe. I will be reaching out to the seller for a refundm. ... show more
