I am tired of dollar store aerosol sprays. I bought myriad two packs of Febreeze that not only failed as spray mechanisms --making useless bottle BUT the deodorant properties of Febreeze dissipated in an hour. Enter this 8 oz bottle of Myers lemon---wow. Sprayed a room with poor ventilation in the morning--and not much--maybe 4 squirts--north south east west and the room smells much better hours later. Even had the window open later and closed it and the room still has a sound renewed smell. I'm a fan. It's less toxic, more potent and the smell isn't so contrived. I'm not sure about the other Myers scents--they all seem to get good reviews--folks rave about whatever smell is their favorite. Walmart and areas like this hold good products in store but it's nothing like opening up a pack of air freshener that you are ready to give a one star to. There's no way I could in this case. The Lemon Verdana was gooder than the rest and here I am trying to cop the Basil and be different.

Mrs. Meyer's Geranium room spray is one of my Top 5 home scents. It's just that good. - It smells like a peppy mixture of maybe light rose plus lemon and jasmine. (I've never smelled a geranium! Hahaha) - It's great sprayed in rooms, but also sprinkled lightly on linens when ironing them (or directly on pillowcases because who really irons their bed linens anymore). - I lightly spray upholstery and throw pillows to freshen them (always hold the spray at least 18 inches away). - I spray bath towels before folding them and putting them away. - I lightly spray my car's headliner (fabric covering up top). If they made the room spray as a body fragrance, I would crop dust myself with it DAILY. :-) ... show more

This lavender air freshener puts a pleasant scent into the air and helps replace bad odors. It's not as amazing as Pure Citrus but quite good. The Pure Citrus sprays a very fine mist that stays airborn longer than the larger droplets that this pump spray puts out. I've found two more uses for the Meyers air freshener - it will stop the squeak in a door hinge and smells a heck of a lot better than WD-40 and it also dissolved some sticky residue from something I had removed a label from.
