So I was using the floor blocks, but they kept coming apart when I would do a HIIT workout. I decided to purchase a large mat instead. I went for the gusto and purchased 6x12. I am 5 feet tall and didn't need this big, thankfully it fits in my space. It is way bigger than I needed. This product came quickly, with all the straps to roll it back up tight, AND a full-size bag. I can now store it under my bed after each use. It even came with versa loops and another carrying bag for those. Now this mat at 9mm thick is pretty sturdy, it is not as thick as the locking mats, but it has much bounce to it. I put all my kettlebells and dumbells on it without a problem of dents. I am pleased with this product and the company's quality for the price.
