I ordered two of these trees, they were at an incredible sale price. Unfortunately the two I received were not flocked, and one had been returned, and was missing the stand. I did set up the other one, and plugged in the lights. Nice lighting colors and options, my favorite feature was having alexa control the tree, and she was able to control over 40 voice commands! Well, let’s get right to the good, bad and ugly about this tree… The good: Once you get it fluffed it’s beautiful. When you clip the seconds in the lights work, you don’t have to plug them in to each other like a lot of other trees. The bad: some of the lights don’t function with the other. There’s a couple of random lights that are just stuck a solid color that’s not the same color as the option you are using. You can see the one green light in the photo I attached. It’s always a solid green light, there’s another on the other side that is only always solid pink. The ugly: The branches are stiff and barely bendable, because of this it took me FOREVER to fluff this tree. My hands hurt, I have scratched them all over from fluffing this tree. Because if that this is the only year I’ll be using this tree because I never want to fluff it again. Over all, it’s definitely not worth the price. ... show more

I took this tree out when I received it to see if it worked its the middle of summer so just a quick look I didn't do any so called fluffing because it's going into storage until hopefully October but probably November I think it's the best tree I ever owned by far

Got this tree for 2022 Christmas When we set it up, it was very easy. The color changes were so bright. It worked with my alexa and my phone app. But the last few days one light would not shut off then the tree plug was getting very hot. The manual switch that's attached was very hot too. The tree stopped working with alexa, and my phone app. So last night I unplugged it from the wall so it would shut off. I didn't want the overheated plug to cause a fire. So all in all not sure the tree will be working next Christmas. The price was high, and tree was ok for about 1 month, then it started having issues. Would not purchase this tree again, next year I will go for a cheap prelit tree, it seems they don't last like my previous Christmas trees. Disappointed though we would have this tree for a few Christmases Still haven't heard from Mr Christmas company after 5 emails! ... show more

    • Rip-off and NO customer service

I bought this tree last year. I was so happy it was gorgeous. A few days ago I set it up. No lights. Power converter was the problem. Emailed customer service no reply. Found another converter. Now only bottom 3rd of tree lights up. For two days I tried everything. I’ve never purchased a good tree before. Money is tight. This one is so bad I’m thinking of filing a complaint thru BBB or AG. Perhaps a class action lawsuit. I’m not kidding here. It’s a shame. They knew these trees were trash and they still sold them. I want 100% of my money back. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We bought this tree a year ago 2022. Worked and operated great, all bulbs were.the same color. Now 1 year later pulling it out of storage bulbs are different colors vs the color you set too. Always has a red bulb at top now as well. For the money wish we would have gotten several years out of it. Check warranty of the tree a d it is only 30 days. If you truly stood behind your product you would offer minimal 12 months or more. Would not recommend at this time. Maybe there are improvements but my guess is it's the same this year as it was last year. ... show more

My biggest problem with the tree isn't with the tree at all. My router doesn't like it! After a lot of troubleshooting about why Alexa wasn't able to connect to the tree, it came down to my router. I had to reboot it (and eventually rename the 2.4 band) in order to get the tree back onto the network, so that's something I am going to replace before the Holidays come around again. When the router does cooperate, this tree is great. You can set a routine for the tree to come on at a given time, set the color scheme/pattern, and turn it off. It is moderately thick for an artificial tree if you take the time to fluff the branches. It doesn't take up a lot of floor space, and the 7' height is good for my room - not too small, not too large. ... show more

We have, for the past 24 years cut a live tree. This year, with the kids all grown, we decided to get an artificial tree. There are HUNDREDS to pick from, but we selected this because of the Alexa compatibility. It is beautiful and the selection of lighting options will assure you are never bored! Easy to assemble and after maybe 10 minutes of "fluffing" looks like a natural tree (unless you get really close). In fact, it looks so wonderful that we haven't even bothered to decorate it other than the pre-strung lights that are already installed. Truly happy with our selection, so don't spend double the price because it just isn't worth it. ... show more
