  • Mountain Buggy Missed the Mark
Color: Sand
I bought this carrier because of new features that I have never seen before on any soft structured carrier. However, I feel like Mountain Buggy tried too hard to create the best carrier ever, but overlooked some basic, but amazing, features of other carriers. They had really some great concepts, but could not execute it well. Pros: -Pockets in the waistband: Very large pockets, which nicely hold my cell phone. -Pocket to rest hands: This is a pretty cool feature, however we mostly back carry and this has no use for us. -Infant insert: Comes with an infant insert, which is pretty handy. Even though I do not have an infant, this looks like a great insert. -Back panel: Very tall back panel. Cons: -Waistband: Way too thick. It’s hard to manage. -Weight: This weighs so much more than a Lenny Lamb or Tula. -Pocket in back panel: This was one of the features I was super excited about, but even with nothing in the pocket, the panel was so thick! In my experience, carriers fit better when the back panel is floppy and wraps around the baby (think, woven carriers). -Magnetic back strap: I was so looking forward to this and it was horrible! I COULD NOT get it to work when my son was being worn on my front. Because it is magnetic, it is hard to slide the clip into place (think, magnets have a mind of their own and don’t want to cooperate). Many times it seemed like the clip was in the right place, but then it would easily pull apart. -Straps: Oh. My. Goodness. This is something I cannot understand. Every other soft structured carrier has black straps that make adjusting super easy. For some reason, Mountain Buggy thought it would be a good idea to have their straps made from fabric. It makes adjusting the baby super difficult and leaves you with an uncomfortable fit. - Back strap: Not long enough… Not sure how people with broad shoulders would be able to use this product. Also, while back carrying and pulling the arm straps down to tighten the carrier, it would force the back strap to move up. To adjust the height of the back strap was pretty difficult. It was super hard to slide them up and down the shoulder straps. Overall, this carrier was finicky. I tried really hard to adjust it to my liking, and it just wasn’t comfortable. I will be returning this product and buying something else. ... show more

  • Highly recommended
Color: Charcoal
I love this product so far. We have a Lillie as well and I didn't like all of the buckles that unit has. This unit is much softer and has a single hand quick back release. This is important because I can have one hand holding my daughter at all times. The one advantage the Lillie does have is that it has a buckle that straps around my daughter to secure her in place while this unit does not seem to have something similar. I also really like the instert for infants. On the first day I received this unit I put her in it with the infant holder and she fell asleep quite quickly. I then managed to take the Juno off while keeping her in the holder. She slept in the holder for an hour laying on her back and didn't fuss around. With the Lillie I had to move her around so much and it was difficult to take her out while she slept and keep her asleep. I would highly recommend this product. Last point is that this product is very very soft which is nice for both my little one and myself. ... show more

  • I was disappointed to see that it already had a spot on ...
Color: Charcoal
This just arrived yesterday, and while I'm still waiting for the baby to be born to use it, I'm impressed by the quality of the materials already and the ease of doing the back strap in particular. However, I was disappointed to see that it already had a spot on it on the front of the waistband, straight out of the box! I figure it won't be the last spot and am not going to go through with the headache of returning it to Amazon, but was disappointed to see that spot on an expensive baby item like this. ... show more

  • Tried the rest, Juno is the best!
Color: Charcoal
This was the third baby carrier I purchased for our son. It is easy to use, comes with an amazing infant insert, and feels comfortable and secure on. The reason our LO liked this carrier is that the insert places baby higher up on your chest so their head is not buried in your chest. He can look out the top and from side to side. Most days, when I put him in the insert and clip him in, he is asleep in minutes! This carrier is the best! ... show more

  • It's just OK. Too expensive for what it is.
Color: Navy Nautical Stripe
This is a nice baby carrier. It's nice. But it's not $200 dollars nice. The material is soft and it's got that fun kangaroo pocket, but you can do just as well with the less expensive Baby Bjorn or Lille carriers. Some might even prefer their aesthetic. As others have noticed, the waist band is very thick - seems a little too thick. Save your hard-earned money for kiddo's college....I bought and returned. ... show more

  • I'm sexy and I know it.
Color: Charcoal
Seriously, looks way better than the Ergo 360. Main drawback: Infant insert is crazy tall and warm for a younger baby. Make sure you dress your baby appropriately and adjust until her head is comfortable.

  • Pass on it.
Color: Sand
My newborn doesn’t look secure in here or comfortable & you definitely can’t put this on by yourself either.
