I love it. When folded it is small and easy to stash in a pocket. When open, it's narrow and light weight and easy and comfortable to hold. It's functions really well, charges quickly on a cord or wireless. It has plenty of versatility. The camera is just fine. It is super easy to set up and the screen looks great on either view. I bought a Motorola phone last year and I was thoroughly impressed with the look and the operation of the phone as compared to the other brands I have bought over the years, such as Samsung and Apple. I did however have to return it because I could not get it to work with my CGM (constant glucose monitor) used with NGC - the same wireless system used for Apple Pay and GPay. I did bring it to the attention of Motorola and they gave me a number of things to try but it just would not work with the Abbott Libre system, and thus I had to return it. What a difference a year makes! Not only does this phone work with my CGM, but I did not even have to put on a new CGM, which is typical when you change phones before the 14-day operational period is over as one phone does not recognize in most cases the same CGM initiated by a different phone. This one not only recognized the CGM but it read it as if I initiated it with this phone, which I have to tell you I was thoroughly impressed with! As for the more than 100 apps that I normally use, the information copied from my old phone went flawlessly, and I had trouble with this even with the S23 Ultra that I am replacing with this phone. It went so quickly that I had to check and be sure it was complete. The system updates went on in the background flawlessly I was not even aware they had been done until the phone informed me that they had been completed. The screen quality is excellent, much better than I anticipated! The cameras although only moderately high in pixel count, take excellent pictures, and since most of us are not Frederico Fellini, the picture quality is excellent and no one except a supercomputer or a really terrible camera could tell the difference! What it lacks in high pixel count it makes up for in picture quality. Colors are excellent even in low light! The external screen gives you a bunch of information and does not require a special app to use your apps as is the case with Samsung and the Fold 5. In fact, I haven't had to open it once since I loaded it up. I read some complaints about battery life, even at the height of reinstalling all the apps making all the personal adjustments, and having the internal screen open for about two hours continuously using the phone, the battery level never fell below 90% which is about the same as the S23 Ultra I'm replacing it with. Understandably have only had the phone two days, but it is off to an excellent start. Today I actually go back to work which would be the ultimate test of its battery life and durability. I got my used Razr 2023 in used like new condition, and when I received it, I confirmed this was the case and setup my phone. I've enjoyed the experience and especially loved how small the phone becomes when folded. Then it's amazing you can just text or do what you need on the closed front screen. I use the inside screen so little, I didn't realize that the screen has become damaged at the crease. I haven't had anything happen, haven't gotten into sand, water, or anything. Just bought this phone in July and now in November, it's still usable, but there's a bunch of lines in my crease that are obvious damage, and you can even feel them with your finger. I can't recommend folding phones any longer. I had a Galaxy Z Fold 3 before this phone that lasted a solid 2 years and is still going, but after about a year also developed the same screen damage I have on this Razr on the crease. It appears that these folding phones can really only operate for 2 years at max, 1 if you want them in perfect condition the whole time. As an avid Folding phone lover, I don't know where to go next or what to recommend anyone for a good alternative. If you really want this phone, buy the newest version used like new. I had a great experience getting a used Z Fold. I recommend getting a Z Fold 5 Used like New on eBay or here on Amazon. I think I just jumped the gun getting this phone, especially with the new version coming out so soon after I got this. ... show more

This phone is just plain fun. First of all, it is a good phone. Clear call quality on my end and from the other end. Calling with apps is one downside to the phone I have found so far. When you use Google Meet/Duo the person you are speaking to will hear echos and something that sounds like a train. So far no fix from Google or Motorola. Games run smooth and look great on the full display. The exterior 4" display has about 15 games preloaded as well when you get bored. Productivity. Split mode works well and I have had no issues using the usual business-related apps on this phone I would recommend this phone to anyone in the market for one this year 2024. If its later look for the newest model but if the new one is like this, i'd recommend that one too. The phone is using total launcher with the LCARS app. ... show more
