    • DON'T BUY - AT&T PRE-PAID cell phones that don't work properly!
DON'T BUY unless you only want a Wi-Fi device that does not connect properly to cellular carriers. These are unlocked AT&T PRE-PAID cell phones. Even though they are unlocked the IMEI checkers for each carrier for BYOD said NOT COMPATIBLE! I even took the phone to AT&T, T-MOBILE, and Xfinity to have each one of them place a SIM card in the phone to verify service and connectivity and it did not work. This is the THIRD set of phones that I have purchased from Amazon that were advertised as UNLOCKED and works with carriers, that DID NOT WORK! I bought and returned unlocked Samsung and other Motorola phones that did not work! Lot's of wasted time and money and headaches! Save yourself some time and money and just buy from ships from Amazon and sold by Amazon listings. I ended up buying 4 brand new Moto G Stylus - 2025 Unlocked Made for US 8/256GB 50MP Camera phones from the Motorola Store on Amazon and so far so good! I also bought the 2 year warranty for each phone and will be cancelling my monthly phone insurance coverage from my cellular carrier for each phone, saving around $1200 on insurance over the 2 years for the 4 brand new phones. This phone came with bugs. The reason for the first return was the phone kept crashing. It still does that. The phone cannot keep an app running through Bluetooth without dropping and even while I am typing this review the keyboard crashed and the app tried to crash as well. The phone is unstable and I have a case and screen protector on it. I thought maybe it was the Bluetooth to blame but it's not. It's the phone and it's inability to handle Android 13. That's the only conclusion that I could think of. The chip in the 4G phone can't handle the throughput of the system. I get system crashes, motor launcher crashes and app crashes. It's one th(sorry keyboard crashed)ING for and app to crash but the system, launcher and keyboard to crash too. That's a system melting down. Don't know how much time until I get a new phone. I also found out that the phone is running a partially functioning version of 13 with no way of going into the safe mode to fix the bugs or the inability to get updates. ... show more

I was getting a backup phone for my moto g7 plus, took a chance on this refurbished moto g stylus, exceeded my expectations, this phone is like new, the battery lasts much longer than my G7 plus, i do prefer the fingerprint from my old phone in the back, but this one on the side is ok, the only thing i would say is that is it slightly larger in length than old moto, however it is slightly slimmer (not as wide), would rather it be wider than taller, but still a great value phone for the price, highly recommend ... show more
