This phone is replacing my Note 20 Ultra 5G with Verizon that I can't seem to stop breaking! I have made an Asurion claim for that phone a total of 4 times in 1 year. I am glad I spent the extra $70 over the other brands/models because this phone is almost exactly like my Note 20 except for the camera processor and fancy screen, of course. Other than that, it has had no problem keeping up with me on the setup. I am an avid Android user since they were even a thing and let me tell you this has everything you need except for an expandable SD slot but the internal memory is more than enough. The battery... phenomenal. Switching it over to my SIM card was as simple as putting it into the slot. Verizon recognized it immediately and I was ready to go without needing to call or go into the store. If you are like me and looking for an inexpensive alternative while not cheaping out on capability, this phone is for you. Motorola does include a bunch of bloatware (useless apps u didn't ask for) but just make sure to uninstall the ones you can and disallow any auto-updates for those apps. They had same day shipping available for me even at 12:30am and it was at my door by 8:30pm. Amazing! Especially for a like-new refurb. Highly recommend using GoDev Volume Booster because the speaker isnt very loud from the factory. Buy it! ... show more

I ordered this phone to replace one of the same model that was damaged in water, since I still owed on my original and didn't have insurance. Everything seemed to go fine with the phone on set up, but then it started shutting down all the time (this started the 1st time it went into "sleep mode"), and going into "boot loops" where it will turn off and on over and over. I went online to troubleshoot how to correct this, but everything I tried did not work. The phone was even shutting down in SAFE MODE, which suggested that it was an issue with the system or the battery, neither of which I could fix. I sent it back to Amazon 2 days later, which the return was accepted, refund was issued... HOWEVER, I didn't realize until the return was issued that Amazon might charge me for this phone if they decide it was "used", even though I am sending it back in the SAME condition that it was received. Now I am waiting to see if amazon will stiff me and charge me for a defective device. As soon as the phone would go into "sleep mode", whether by pressing the button or screen timing out, it would shut off completely and you'd have to turn it back on. My other phone did not do this EVER, Not once! VERY disappointed by Amazon for selling phones with this issue just to turn a profit. ... show more

This item's condition was like new and the phone has been working fine. I started with a Verizon SIM in it but I use it for testing so I also have been using it with an AT&T and T-Mobile SIM without any issues. It seems to be locked to Verizon initially and I thought I was going to have to wait 60 days for it to be unlocked, but that was not the case. I am very happy with the purchase!! ... show more

Originally Amazon sent me the wrong product, but made it right. I love this phone, definitely get a case and screen protector. But even replacing the phone isn't that much, and the motion activation is the same as my other Motorola phones, which makes work (service technician) so much easier. Love it ... show more
