  • Great first time buy!
I haven’t had the chance to use the mic other than a phone call but it was clear and worked. Easy install and it fit right in my helmet. It’s comfortable. It’s not as loud as I would like but music is clear and a decent sound.

  • Headset
The price is great and easy to set up and instal. The downfall is the audio quality. I listen to music pretty loud, this device doesn’t reach any levels of loud. Now the quality of audio is decent, just the volume is what I had an issue with. Other than that its good. I have not tried connecting to other rider or talking on phone. ... show more

  • Value!!!!
DO NOT HESITATE. DON'T SECOND GUESS YOURSELF. BUY THIS HEADSET!! If your a picky little snoot. Then go buy you a $500 Sena so you can tell everyone you have a Sena. My wife and I were going to a rally. It's a decent ride and wanted communication and some tunes. This headset was under $40. Some of the reviews were negative, some positive. So I bought a pair to try. As far as bang for buck YOU CANT BEAT THESE!!!!! We rode to the BBB rally. It's a 4 hour ride there, rode all weekend and then a 4 hour ride back. Made phone calls, listen to music, did the two-way radio thing. Did it all on a single charge!!!! There are pros and cons to this headset, but I'm telling you, for less than 40 bones.....I'm buying two more so we can all have a set. Pros......value, ease of use and battery life! They are not complicated. Easy to install and they sound good. Especially when I use my equalizer on my phone. The quality of your helmet will drastically improve your listening experience!!!! I have a cheaper noisy helmet, so on the highway I'm at max volume, but let me tell you, when I'm just cruising in town I have to turn them down. They are loud for me. They pair up fast. When a call comes in while riding, the transition from music to phone and back is automatic and seamless! I ask people how I sound when talking on the phone, they say I'm clear as a bell. Very minimal background noise for the other person on the line. They say they can hear my pipes (Harley-davidson with V&H long shots) But I'm still loud and clear, so the noise canceling is effective. I can ride at highway speeds and still hear my tunes. It could be a tad louder, but I think if I had a better helmet or a more quiet helmet it would change that. I can use all the buttons and functions while wearing gloves. The main button is a large button and the smaller ones stick out far enough I can feel them even wearing winter gloves. There's only 4 buttons to push and it's a very simple headset. Cons.....really not very many. They are easily overlooked because these things only cost $36.00!!!!! But here are mine. Sound quality could use a bump. So better sounding speakers and a tad louder for highway riding. The instructions say once a set has been paired together, it's supposed to be a one touch push to enable two way communication between riders. When you want to do intercom, everyone can't just start pushing the intercom buttons. One person needs to initiate the intercom process, then the other parties can join. The transition to intercom was always successful, but sometimes we had to try a few times. It wasn't as seamless as the radio to phone to radio. However, we were always able to make it work. Phone calls at highway speeds. I'm always clear as a bell, however the person I'm talking to, sometimes they are hard to hear at highway speeds. I think that boils down to, just needs a bump up as far a speaker quality and a more quiet helmet. Intercom at highway speeds, I actually had to turn my volume down! Now if I had bought a 300 or 400 Sena headset, I would expect zero issues. But this is a $40.00 headset that in my opinion can't be beat. ... show more

  • Music is Great. Phone, not so much.
Works great if all you plan on doing is listening to music on your ride. Speakers are loud enough, connects super easy, functions are easy to flip through. The noise canceling isn’t the best. My headphones do a better job it’s just annoying to have them in my ears. Fine for music and/or short calls though. ... show more

  • Sound Volume is normal
I almost didn't buy these because of the complaints that they are very quiet. I'm glad I bought them. I bought this set for an enduro helmet I recently purchased. I have a nice modular helmet that I put a $300 Sena system on, and did not want to spend the cash on another Sena. I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids. These are no more powerful (Audibly) than the $300 Sena's. I could hear my music playing while I was riding. If you wear hearing protection while riding, they may be a bit quiet, but so are Sena's. They are well worth the money, so just quit questioning yourself and buy them! I have not tried the intercom function yet but I don't foresee a problem. ... show more

  • Amazing product and great quality
I would really recommend buying this if you are looking for a cost friendly headsets and good quality Pros: I bought it the second time for my other helmet. The design is very good, outer side is made of rubber, so water won’t get in even in rain. Not very heavy either and the wires can mostly be hidden behind the padding. Sound quality is quite good too. Cons: The microphone is not friendly with half helmets, that could have been better. A boom mic type thing will be much better. Sound Quality: Quite loud and clear sound, there is a white noise when nothing is playing, but even while riding fast you can clearly listen to music or calls. I keep the volume at lowest or one or two up that does the work for me. Battery life: The battery runs for very long, if I ride everyday I have to charge it almost after a week. On standby it doesn’t loose almost any battery. ... show more

  • Battery life is great and the water resistant is good too. But stopped working after 5 months
The sound quality is okay for street riding. I ride with ear plugs so i can still hear some music/GPS on the highway. Unfortunately, it stopped working after 5 months. it still powers on but i no longer get any sound from the speaker. the one thing i hate most about it is the automatic answer for phone calls. couldn't find a way to turn it off. ... show more

  • Good for music but microphone not working for me
I really like how easy it was to install and good audio for music but for some reason my microphone doesn’t work when connected through Bluetooth, it’s picking up my phone’s microphone not the intercom’s microphone
