    • This is not a MOTOKU carb its an aftermarket knockoff one.
I installed this carb in my atv and it started good but when I turned the key off the engine kept running for another 5 seconds and then quit and then I went to start it again 20 minutes later it wouldn't start and after tinkering with it for a bit I got it to start again. Unfortunately I went to finish working on it the next day I open my air box and it was plump full of fresh gas and my tank had drained out because the float in the carb was stuck open and that allowed the tank to gravity flow out and emty so I do not recommend this carb ... show more

These work great...Usually. I've bought several of these over the years. Biggest issue is the floats. Make sure you turn the has off when you shut the motor off. I've have a few that drained my fuel tank into the engine because of the float. Easy to install...about 15 minutes. Run great for about a year or two ... show more

Fits my 04 sportsman 500 perfectly and works as it should. It did arrive with the butterfly stuck and I had to take it apart to get it unstuck. It appeared to have glue or something on it. After taking it apart and cleaning it, it works perfectly

Work great except the gas was leaking out a little too much from the Overflow tube other than that ran great when I had it on two or three trips going to send back to try another one

    • Decent quality with all the extra pieces but..
It looked to be decent quality and had all the little pieces like the choke and throttle pieces and filter but the slider inside of it the is controlled by vacuum was not working right and not sliding which caused my atv not to start. when it tried it just backfired. Some are good and some are bad. For the price its worth taking a chance. Amazon let me return it no trouble. ... show more
