I got them in February installed the batteries and they are still working as if the batteries are new. I just put one outside underneath my a/c unit next to my car. I tried water proofing it so we will see. I don't expect it to last long since it's an indoor light. But I'm very satisfied with the product. When I bought these lights, I had no idea how much I needed them. I placed one in my locker, and it illuminates my possesions when I open the door. Beside me, my friends and classmates' lockers were dark, making it extremely difficult to sort their things effectively. It was brighter than I thought, is just sensitive enough so that it turns on when I open the door, but not so much that people walking past it will trigger the light. I was hesitant at first to get these motion sensor lights due to some negative feedback I read on Amazon such as: they don't light up when they should, one light is brighter than the other, one turns off while the other one stays lit, blah, blah, blah... Well, non of that is true. First of all, they are called motion sensor for a reason, they need to detect motion in order to light up, duh... And non of the 9 lights I purchased have any lights that are brighter than the other ones. The lights are really bright and have a color like a cool white light, so they're not a warm white. They are pretty big and are not tiny by any means. I have attached photos so you see the size. And the seller is A+++ when it comes to communication, speedy deliver, description of product, and packaging. Bottom line is that I do recommend these lights for the hallway, under cabinets, as a night light, or just whatever you want to use it for. ... show more

Great little light. It lights the area well, no more walking into a dark room. It only stays on 20 seconds but is just the right amount of time for what I need. I did adhere with Velcro command strips instead of the provided sticker, so I could easily move them if needed.
