Easy to install! The length does adjust, but comes with several sized posts (so it’s rather fixed) but you can used some or all to get the height that you need. This was a rather inexpensive option, but you wouldn’t know it was under $100.

The light is very beautiful and minimal, but makes a statement. The bottom piece was impossible to sit flush with the light so we ended up needing to cut the bolt and super glue the bottom piece to the light.
