I installed these and at first I thought they were wonderful. However, the locks don't stay down. Just like other reviews I will have to tape them. It'll take a lot for them to come off since they slide along to inside of the roof rack for install but it's just a little janky of them to not actually lock. ... show more

If I had to do it over I probably wouldn’t re-purchase these they do not lock tight on my Chevy equinox however if you’re going to install a roof rack over them and not ever move the roof rack then these would be perfect

One of the latches doesn't latch properly on one side so the bar slides. I still can't haul my kayaks. I didn't install it immediately so the window to return it has closed. I should have just bought the bars from the dealership.
