The media could not be loaded. This chair came well packed, and with easy to follow instructions. On the instructions, pay attention to that most of the bolts that it says should be there, are already secured in their rightful spaces, so to proceed all you need to do is just back them out, and then make sure that your spacers stay below them to protect the fabric material on the underside of the seated part of the chair before installing the parts that the bolts are meant for. I like the fact that the Morfan designed chair slide under leg prop portion is a single framed design, rather than 2 independent ones that can cause extra tension on this part when in application. The chair feels sturdy and I have not experienced any flex or squeaking like would occur with things that aren't properly assembled. It truly holds up to its 300lb weight limit, as long as you properly engage the tension knob. The large seated portion is great to not have my legs feel unsupported by smaller chairs. I am 6 feet 5.5 inches tall, so there's a lot of me to support, and this chair can do so greatly. The level for adjusting the seat back positions flows smoothly without any ratcheting found with improperly spaced gear biting from the mechanism. The arm rest pillars are identified by which side is which by making sure that shortest gap on the underside of them faces backward. The fact that they are height adjustable help add to the value of this chair. This chair is well worth the $160 asking price, especially when you get a USB powered lumbar cushion, by which, you can connect to the chair at where ever you need it by the straps included with it, not only for back, but neck, or even on the leg extended cushion. It by default is set to be used as a lower lumbar cushion though. I ran the cable and function portion of the switch in the left hand dip between the seated area and to the end of the chair, and plugged it into my USB 3.0 hub. The cable i well over 18 inches in length, and then its power extension connector cable brings it to over 4 feet in length, so that you could relax after a long day of work, or in between tense sessions of crunch time work assignments, gaming, or while watching a movie if you wish to do so. I am very much satisfied with every aspect of this chair, build quality, and service for a 1 month replacement, and 1 year warranty for needs with this chair. I feel happy to know that after Amazon return would expire that help is only an email away. I hope that Morfan can produce more colors and styles of this chair, and perhaps they might also release a white framed adjustable desk for sitting and standing, as that would be the only thing currently missing from my setup. ... show more

    • Love it BUT it sinks EDIT: It creaks and squeaks with every move I make now
This chair is great for me since I’m a short person, it’s very comfortable and the pillows sit perfectly to support my neck n back BUT the chair does not stay up. This chair is still way too new for it to sink the way it does. Every time I get up for something I always have to readjust the height of the chair before I sit back down again (since my table is a bit tall) and after a few I feel myself sinking again. It is very annoying and that part does disappoint me but I still sit in my chair everyday Edit (July 10, 2021) Its been LESS THAN 2 months since I've bought this chair and it squeaks and creaks and moans like an old beat up chair. I use this chair everyday BUT I'm not aggressive with it, I don't jump on it or spin on it, I don't rock it or tilt it or drop it, I Just sit normally and occasionally spin my chair slightly to peak over at my husband who also have his computer Set Up next to me. So there should be NO reason for this supposed "Heavy Duty" chair to sound as bad as it does. Its so loud, it wakes my sleeping newborn just from slightly moving the chair. NOT WORTH THE MONEY if this is how the quality is after less than 2 months. So disappointed since I wanted to love this chair so much, its so pretty and pink and comfy but the noice level is too much to ignore ... show more

Updating (Oct 2020): We got this chair in May 2019 and it has held up VERY WELL. My son, now almost 15, uses this chair EVERYDAY for hours at a time. It’s still very comfortable and everything is in working condition as it was the day we assembled it. He not only uses it for gaming but uses it to do homework also. We are so pleased with it, that I’ve decided to purchase another for my middle son since he’s currently using a camping chair lol. Original review (May 2019): Very easy to assemble! It took about 20 minutes (most of which was used by taking the bolts out of the chair— since you will need to take them out to use them for the assembly process). On the one page direction sheet that came with, there’s a link for YouTube, Go to that, it’s much easier than the directions. The arm rests sit a little further out, away from the body, than I’d like. They ARE adjustable (up/down). This chair reclines ALL the way down to a laying position. My 13 year old (5’4” & 100lbs) purchased this chair himself to use as his gaming chair. The lumbar support is because of the cushion. The cushion does vibrate, which is awesome. But the cord isn’t the longest. It also comes with a head support cushion. After hours of comparing gaming chairs, this chair fit the needs of what we were looking for. If not having a footrest isn’t a deal breaker for you, this is the chair you’re looking for. He’s only used it for about 6 hours so I may update further down the road. ... show more

    • Not very comfortable and small
This chair was easy to put together and take apart as I sent it back to Amazon. The thing is a lot smaller than advertised. I would say if you are a child or teenager then it might work well, but for a medium sized adult or larger then forget it. I am not a very big guy and the thing was too small. Plus, the function where you can rest your feet is a joke. If it's not being used then it's support system is in the way or of your legs. The lumbar support are these cheap pillows that your strap in and they don't go into place at all at least not for an adult. This thing might and I say might be good for a kid, but there is no way that it's any good for an adult male. ... show more

    • Annoying to fix
This chair is overall pretty good. I got it for my boyfriend who spends long hours on the computer for his work, and in front of the screen for his games. He's very pleased with this chair and uses it every day. This chair uses an Allen key to be assembled and despite putting all the screws in place tightly, they become so loose, so fast. I feel that if this chair used actual screws that you use with a drill, it would hold together a LOT better. Looks exactly like the product shown in the pictures.
