This is my first time ordering hair extensions and I read all the reviews of different brands and decided to buy the Moresoo brand. I order 24" human hair #9A/60100g 40 pcs tape ins and ordered 2 boxes. One box showed up on time and the other, mind you I ordered at the same time, was at first delayed. Then the next day I received an email saying they are undeliverable and my order would be canceled and my money refunded in a week or so. Maybe that was a blessing in disguise because when I opened the package and examined the hair it had several short fly away hairs at the to near the tape in of maybe 2"s and further down about at the 12" area were a bunch of shortened hairs. My real hair is about 20"s and this will show. I had a professional appointment to have these installed which I promptly had to change while I search for more extensions. ... show more

I got these heard extensions a while ago. This is my second using these ones the first that I had I had issues with because apparently you can’t wash them at hard water even though that isn’t said on here so I had to spend $40 on an attachment for my shower to be able to wash my hair without it being tangled and dry and ruining the extension so I got new ones. The first wash went really well and I thought they were fine. This is now the second time I’ve washed them and they are tangled and dry and they feel absolutely awful and I want them out of my hair already and I’ve only had them in for about three weeks and they already feel like they need to go in the garbage at this point. I just want a refund because I am super disappointed. But I will add the company is so nice and easy to work with hopefully I can give them a new review soon and love the hair ... show more

These are lovely for temporary use but they are not high quality salon sourced tape in. Pro - same technique as salon tape in - feels soft once hair is washed and hair oil is. applied - blends into natural hair pretty well Con - all hair is not the same length like salon tape in - hair had split ends when arrived and got worse when heat is applied - Not Reusable like salon tape in, the tape on these are different quality and are hard to remove and leaves lumpy glue residue that makes it not reusable with new replacement tape. - The glue is not keratin base like salon tape in so these are 1 time use versus 3 use for keratin salon tape in. Overall I would opt for salon keratin tape in now that I know what these are like because the time it takes to take these out is double what it takes to remove keratin base tape in with lots of tugging and they are not reusable. ... show more

I bought these once before and wasn’t super impressed with them. Marta from their customer service contacted me after they’d apparently changed the hair and glue quality, and sent me a new pack. I put them in and the hair feels a LOT nicer!! It blends well with my natural hair and doesn’t have any discomfort on my scalp. As someone who’s had 6-7 years of extensions from bellami to zala to hot heads and cheapies as well these were great quality for the price and I read a lot of reviews saying the tapes weren’t good but mine seemed to hold just fine. I have bought these extensions many times and I've always been super happy with them however my last purchase I was very disappointed the tape quality was very poor very little adhesion and ultimately fell out within a day. I had to replace the tape myself to be able to use them.
