Very happy with this hair. I’ve had all kinds of extensions since I was 16. Over 20 years. The past two years I’ve been doing the fusions. I love them and will most likely be wearing them for the rest of my life. This was my first time trying this brand. I normally had my hair dresser order my hair but I wanted to try ordering my own so I could save some money. I’m very happy I went with this hair! The shedding was a bit much the first couple weeks but after that, it was minimal. The hair is thick, easy to manage, and now, after two months, it still looks good. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was sooo much bonding glue on the tips. I had to cut it in half on each piece of hair one by one, which was a pain in the a$$ but whatever. I used two packs and as it was enough. I just ordered two more packs and I’ll be getting my hair redone this Friday. I’ll post a follow up review then. Just want to ask why the price is $20 more per pack than it was two months ago?! ... show more

Where do I even begin? For beginners Do NOT purchase this hair. I promise you as pretty as it looks when you get it, as soon as you wash it it will get extremely tangled, it will shed and it will loose its wavy form and softness regardless of following the recommended care instructions. And did you know if you request a refund they want you to pay for shipping to return their abomination? Which by the way wouldn’t be a full refund because the hair is obviously not in its original form. It’s theft. It’s absolute theft. I ordered 2 bundles and was absolutely excited by the look of the hair, but was also disappointed as how little hair came in each bundle. So I ordered 2 more bundles so that I could have a full look. Upon getting the hair installed and washed the hair would not go back to its wavy form with or without product and styling. HUMAN HAIR DOES NOT DO THAT. I usually install my own hair, but since I recently suffered a shoulder injury I decided to treat myself and pay the extra money to get it professionally installed. Wow. The embarrassment.. the lady just looked at me and said. This isn’t human hair. So I reached out to support via their website form. They NEVER responded y’all. I dug for some other way to reach out. I ended up sending them an email and a text. Email took 3 days to reach out, text took 5! Upon explaining my situation they were only willing to replace 2 bundles even though I purchased 4! Their excuse was that I just must have received a “bad batch”. Upon expressing that, that was actually absurd since I ordered FOUR bundles I requested a refund instead. Naturally they wanted the item returned which I had no issue with. The issue was that they wanted me to pay for the label and shipping. And a full refund wound only be viable if the hair was in its natural form. Are you actually insane? Absolutely not. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Regardless of what the “good reviews” are on this. I am not new to hair extensions but this is my first time buying this brand. The first two weeks of this hair was great and comparable to more expensive brands. Now after those two weeks were the worst. The hair started to have extreme breakage, were rough, and always getting tangled into a giant knot leading to me ripping out the extentions and natural hair when trying to brush the knot out. I even tried hair masks, keratin treatments, and hair oil nothing seemed to soften them. Due to concern for my natural hair they were taken out and trashed. If you want extentions that will last months buy a different brand, spend the money for better quality. If you plan on only wearing these extentions for a short time then you'll be fine. Hair color was no issue for me in both sets( brown and blonde)I bought, but the blonde did have the extreme breakage causing me to have to cut 3 inches off of them. ... show more

Update: 3/21/24 customer service is great!! They replaced hair which got lost in mail. When I contacted them they shipped another right away! Love the curl, but shedding really bad and lost 6 tips already. Just had done by my hairdresser last week
