I was having issues finding shorts to wear with my bathing suit for swimming. To the point that I made a pair, using the wrong kind of fabric. So I took a chance on these, expecting them to not fit and just return them. I was super surprised. I expected them to be too small. I'm a 2x top with a 3x bottom. I've had issues buying legging/yoga style pants in the past, so I expected it to happen all over again with these. I love them. I'm wearing them right now. I could have gotten 3x but I ordered up as per my previous experiences. The fabric is SO FREAKING SOFT! It's like they're made of chinchilla fur or something. They're super stretchy, they have pockets and I'll admit it... it almost feels like I'm not wearing anything at all. I've worn them around most of the day and they don't ride up in the middle. They're cut just above the knee. They cling, so they're not baggy, which is good for swimming because I was having issues with chafing in the pool. Problem is, I'm gonna want to keep them for every day wear instead of stuffing them in the swim bag lol. Good thing there are three pairs. I love them, I really do. The stitching looks solid. Sometimes you order clothes online and the threads need trimming or you spot a place where a stitch or two were missed. These look great and I feel great in them. I am 5'3 and a half and I consider myself pear shaped. I usually wear a size 16-18 in athletic style pants/shorts. These were a perfect fit for me in a size XL. The length came to to the top of my knee (I have short legs). I loved the softness of the fabric and the pockets were amazing!!!

I specifically ordered these to wear under large t-shirts while I run around the house and do errands. They stretch - my mom ordered some for me that were a size L and although they were too small, I was able to use them for my own version of tummy/leg control under a dress. I wanted some to wear for everyday use and these are great. Comfort wise these shorts were right on the mark, perfect. I have the same brand in pants that are amazing so I figured I would try these, but they do differ a bit. I was super happy when I tried them on they are buttery soft, fit to size, and just the length I love right at the knee (I'm 5'6). But...they are a bit see through unfortunately unlike the pants. I was wearing colored panties which my husband pointed out that I needed to change which I did. They also tend to slide down a bit more than I'm comfortable with. At least every half hour doing very minimal work I am pulling them up and even more so if I'm doing moderate work. So I was a bit sad about that. But overall I'm going to keep them and continue to wear them, just have to remember I'll be pulling them up a ton and to wear black panties with them 🤪 I haven't washed them yet, so we will see how they hold up with washing, the feel of them tells me they may pill a bit ... show more
