Towels look nice and feel soft but they are not good at drying dishes. They also picked up lint balls from my other towels in the washer and dryer. I mainly use them to cleaning now, they are excellent to use for mopping or wiping off outside furniture.

These kitchen towels are very sturdy and wash well. One suggestion - wash them as soon as you get them and they fluff up nicely - they are pressed down very thin for shipping.

100% honest, these look and feel nice, but if you want to dry your dishes you will need a different towel. These move the water around, but they leave a LOT of water behind. Not streaks, I could almost accept that, these leave a LAYER of water behind. YES, I washed them before use to remove the fabric softener that they put on new towels to make them feel soft. They still feel soft, but I don't need a soft towel, I need dry dishes!!!! Rhetorical question: Can I return towels that have been washed??? . 9/16/24 I washed the towels two more times, now they are not just good, but they are drying GREAT!!! This is my second purchase of these towels. I am happy with the quality and absorbancy. They are a great size and thickness. I do recommend washing before the first use as they are not very absorbent right out of the package. Once washed they are great. They do not fade in the laundry and I have not noticed black lint being left behind on dished after using them. All in all a great value for the money. ... show more
