I am incredibly pleased with this purchase. We bought this sofa for its sleeper design, and the added storage under the chase for our mountain cabin. I am very happy with the overall look and feel of the sofa. The sofa is firm to sit on, which is exactly what we prefer. Having the storage area underneath that chase allows us to store bedding for easy access, and convenience. It is super easy to pull the lower foot rest out to convert to a bed and super simple to put away. There are metal hinges that interlock to hold the pieces together. Again this was super easy to lock together and everything remains nicely in place. I have had sleep herself in the past and would never go back to a conventional sleeper sofa.     • Decent Couch but breaks down easy

Had this couch for roughly 5 months now. The fabric is soft. The couch is in between a hard couch and a soft couch. It is on the firmer side but I still find it comfy. Love the lounger and the space under the lounger. LOTS OF STORAGE SPACE :) Favorite part is how the couch turns into a bed. Super simple to do too. Again it will be a somewhat firm bed but still an extra bed in the house. Cons: Already starting to see fast wear and tear. Due it being new and the different parts to it we have been trying to be extra nice to it however we noticed that the sides of the couch started to bend outward because the bar of which they connected to started to bend. We just took off the side piece off and bent the piece back. Seemed to fixed it for awhile, been trying not to put any sort of pressure/weight on the sides. Not a couch I would want young kids or big dogs jumping on daily as I feel the couch would wear out even faster as again we are only 5 months in. But overall I do recommend the couch as it looks really nice and has really nice handy features. Just have to "be a little nicer to it" is what I tell my family haha ... show more

I've read the reviews of issues and I can honestly say people didn't read the instructions on installation as I made the mistake too. The clips come together one direction and it might mean lifting the sofa end to get the arm attached like I did because I added the arms afterwards. I also attached all by myself and I'm small built. Customer service was very responsive! I had a button issue by a torn box but they sent new ones from China in less than a week and compensated me for the inconvenience. The cushions are firmer than expected, but my old one is 50+years old. The drawer for ottoman is super easy to open and pull out. Great design, super soft fabric, love it! ... show more

The couch is beautiful and easy to assemble. First thing I noticed was that it wasn’t too comfortable. The sofa sleeper is awesome until you realize that you cannot sleep on it as you feel all the edges of the three distinct seperate peices. It needs a pillow topper to use as a bed. The fabric itself ripped within months and the support on the seat of the long part of the couch went out less then a year. Still looks good though just isn’t that comfortable for use. ... show more

Well.....I fell victim to hope. I read all the reviews, and just hoped that the bad reviews were by people who had unrealistic expectations. In reality.... they were right. This couch barely belongs in a college dorm room. Sitting on it feels like you took a piece of cardboard, laid it on cement, and then found an old thin pillow to try to add comfort to your sore butt. Honestly, my cheeks fall asleep within minutes of sitting on this couch. Sleeping on it is a joke. I bought a memory foam mattress topper to try to add comfort, and that doesn't help. I regret buying this thing. It also already has a tear in it after only having it for 2 months. I'm not a picky person.... but man.... For this much money, I should have just kept saving and bought a real couch. Customer service is pretty nice. They tried to replace a broken piece for me, but they sent the wrong one. They asked me to try it anyway. I just don't have the patience. So I never did. It's not worth my time. I'll be shopping for a new couch asap. ... show more

Love this couch! The fabric is soft, low pile and a slight marbled grey, and I love the tucks and studs details. Not too squishy, but comfortable and supportive. This color also works well with a variety of color schemes. You definitely want 2 (maybe 3) people to put this together. The instructions that come with it are less than helpful but the video in the listing is better. There are brackets on the sides to drop the arm piece on one and the chaise on the other--that's where a 3rd person would've been helpful but 2 of us made it work. The holes for the wheels aren't predrilled so get the power drill out, but it's quite easy. I'm looking forward to pulling the trundle out/up and stretching out for movie night :) Pet owners--the few times my cat has clearly been on it and left fur it's been very easy to kind of wipe off, unlike my microfiber couch that practically absorbed fur. I don't think she's clawed it yet but hoping the mid/light color will hide any scratch marks. ... show more

Had a very hard hard time putting it together, holes were not pre-drilled. I had to go buy a drill and it was still a challenge. It is pretty poorly constructed and kept together. It is hard/firm to sit in but I’m hoping it softens up some. I am still contemplating returning it but I don’t know that it’s worth more trouble. The pop up mechanism works well, but there is an annoying gap between pieces when it is out away, as others have mentioned. ... show more
