I had the older version of this mop for several years and it worked like a champ. When we moved I accidentally left it behind. I replaced it with this version and am equally pleased with how it works. It holds a good amount of solution which I appreciate being able to use my choice of solutions. I had brought a couple spray mops and they worked alright but this is amazing. The spray on it is phenomenal. I don't have to spray 8 times and then mop. It's like the mist setting on a water nozzle. Makes my while apartment smell amazing while it cleans. I love that I can refill with whatever cleaner I want and the mop heads are washable. Amazing product! I highly recommend if you're new to spray mops. It will set the standard of what you should expect and if you have a spray mop that doesn't get the job done this is a great upgrade. I was so sick of buying pad replacements and refill cleaner but still wanted a quick, lightweight wet mop, and this is perfect. I have two dogs and hardwood so the hair is a nightmare—it likes to stay stuck to these pads, even after washing, but they still work just fine. I wish the different colors were the same price—I would have preferred the purple but opted for the red since it was cheapest. Being able to se your own cleaner is also a huge plus—this will save money in the long run, for sure. ... show more

This is my first review on anything. I’m 6’1 everything is for average height. Thank you for making this product for tall people. The pads I think is a little thicker which I’m glad because it glides better on the floor. Feels lighter also. It feels like it’s a little durability and when you put the liquid clearer in it you don’t have to fight with. It’s easy to come out of the slot and easy to go back in. No leaking no mess. This is great for anyone is tall and have lots of cleaning to do. It’s so smooth going over the floors. You don’t have to push it hard at all . I have back problems and this product helps out a lot. I’m looking forward to this company coming out with more stuff for tall people. I would be happy to try it out. I’ll be telling all my friends and family about this product and get rid of the other ones. Thank you! ... show more

I've been using a Bona mop for years, but it broke down. This mop is so much better. It is easy to fill, and given its height is much easier to manuver. The mop heads are great. Don't waste your money on the Bona mop and mop heads.

I ordered the 18 inch mop with the 27 ounce bottle about 6 months ago. I like the mop and it is easy to use on my wood floors. Unfortunately after 6 months of occassional use the bottle is leaking. I went online to order a replacement. They only sell 400 ml and 700 ml bottles - not 27 ounce. The larger one looks like my bottle so I ordered it but it doesn't fit my mop at all. I went on the Panda Grip website and there is no way to order a replacement. I tried calling the phone number on the web site and it is no longer in service (!!). So now I am stuck with a mop I can't use. There is no way to order replacement bottle. There is no way to contact the manufacturer. It looks like they have gone out of business. I am stuck with a $30 mop that I can't use. Don't waste your money. Stick with the name brand mops. My bona mop lasted over 10 years before the bottle started to leak! What a waste of money. I wouldn't be so frustrated if they offered a replacement bottle or had ANY way to contact the company. Guess this is another sham company invented for amazon only with no company to back it up! Very dissapointing. Don't waste your money like I did!! ... show more
