The box was missing parts, so I contacted the manufacture to see if they could ship me the missing pieces. There is no way to contact them directly and they said it would take 3 days to respond to an email. Go with a different manufacture.

There was not a single sheet that showed how to put this together. I relied on the pictures posted on Amazon to put it together. That is when I realized that the pictures posted for this product have the item shown assembled incorrectly. Hardware was insufficient. The bolts should be used with lock washers but none was provided. The bolts for the light fixtures were loose in the carton - some were gone so I had to use my own set. Now, having said all that, once I put it together, it works great! For my needs, which is 2 - 3 flats a year, this will fit the bill just fine. This is NOT to be used in a tire shop by any stretch of the imagination. This is for the serious automotive hobbyist who can patch tires a few times a year. Update: I used it to repair one of the flats I had on my 1987 Mercedes 560 SEL and it worked they way it was supposed to. I attached a picture of it in action. Added another star in the review since the seller offered to send a replacement unit. At least they are looking at the comments and they seem to care about customer satisfaction which is always a plus in my book. ... show more
