Poor quality at best. I have an old 6 ton that I have been using for over 20 years. Works great. Needed a little bigger, so opted for the 12 ton. First attempt at using it, had to add oil to even get it to move. Took almost an hour to bleed the system. The attachments worked fine, but there was an hard spot in the down stroke of the base. Possibly a mis-alignment of the piston and the handle. Fast forward 2 months, attempt to use the jaws to spread a frame horn. Before enough force was applied to move any metal, it started leaking. My worn out 6 ton has more force than this. Can't return since it happened 9 days after return option expired. ... show more

The packaging was sturdy, but the unit container innards were not up to the job of shipment, everything was jumbled and some areas were ruptured. I was able to use this porta power to easily straighten the front end of my race car. Has plenty of attachments and it all fits in a blow molded case. My blow molded case did arrive cracked but everything still fit and held nicely.

Out side box fine but plastic storage case cracked. Hydraulic ram seems defective. Doesn’t retract fully when pressure is released, even after bleeding air from system multiple times. Contacted customer service who wanted a video of the problem. I have yet to hear from them. Updated, I updated the review for the fact that the customer service from this company has been easy to deal with, and promptly sent a replacement piece to remedy the situation.
