When I purchased these towels I did not realize that they would be so thin. I am not taking away any stars because it's my own fault for not fully reading the description but these towels are much like the microfiber towels you use to dry your car. Now although I was shocked by that I must say that I do like these towels I washed them once in the washer and hung dried them (I also wanted to mention that these dry really nicely outside in a shaded but warm area and don't get hard like some towels can) and there was no shedding like with cotton towels. These are thin and don't feel like thick bath towels but they're extremely absorbent. Now be aware that if you buy these towels they do not glide across your skin like cotton, it's more of a tap to dry method that works with these. These towels are extremely soft and have a lovely color that hasn't faded in several washes so far. I would definitely recommend these towels just make sure you're aware of the material unlike me, again I'm not unhappy with my purchase I'm actually quite happy and surprised at how much I like these. I needed a bath towel for travel and I didn't need the bulk of regular towels. I bought these types of wash rags for the baby and thought that a towel like that would be perfect. Well it was more than perfect. I used the hand towels. I used 1 then when I washed it put it on the line to dry I had the other to use. I did need a lot of time to dry myself because this only required that I pat and be done. It's the best towel and did take up too much space. It doesn't take forever to dry. These are so pretty! I have them in my guest bathroom and they are perfect! They aren't too thick to make them bulky when I hang them up but they are thick enough to actually dry your hands. They are super soft even after washing them a few times!

I ordered 2 sets of these towels in different colors. The color of the aquamarine looks more like the ice blue in the pics on line. The ice blue actually looks like a mint green. Both sets are super soft!
