    • Don't lose the remote!
It's nice looking sign, hard to clean and keep clean. If you lose the remote you will be stuck with changing color flashing effect which is default when plugged in, instead of a easy white default. So if you lose or forget remote your stuck with color changing flashing menu which is to much on the eyes for customers. Should have been a static white as default. ... show more

The tiny controller hangs in mid-air. Don't understand why it isn't tucked away someplace.

    • Hard to clean
The product is very nice and looks amazing. The cleaning process is NOT easy. Not ideal if you're having to constantly erase items and write new ones, like on a bar for example.
