i tried serval times to download the program so i can use this sign and each time it fails to download the words to the sign. the internet method does not see to work off my phone or my WiFi.

Got this for my business to be able to display different messages. Overall it does the job and works great, very bright and has a lot of options pre-set in the app. The app however is very low effort looking and many of the instructions seem like they were written by someone using a translation software because the grammar and how it explains what the feature does doesn't really make sense and I have to think about it for a minute to understand. Would like to see more work done on the app interface and have someone fluent in the language write instructions so they are able to be easily understood. ... show more
