Case is defective. Will not power on. After 10 emails back and forth with the company I am given up. They asked the same things over and over again, I comply with every request, but still nothing.     • Great Budget Case with Included Fans
For the price, this case can't be beat. While the metal is not as thick as others, it will do the job of holding the parts together. The side window is a lightly tinted tempered glass almost the size of the entire side which is hard to find in this price range. This was my first build in a long time. I think the last build was a P4 1.2ghz. I appreciated that this case did come with 4 fans, albeit with 4 pin molex connectors, so it did help my budget. When funds allow, fans can be easily upgraded. I have to stress that their customer service is head and shoulders above their competitors. I had a faulty power switch. I requested a new switch to be sent, but to my amazement, they sent a brand new case. I will continue to use Montech cases and recommend them highly. Likes: Tempered glass side window, Four included static RGB fans, Enough space to hold larger GPUs, space for 6 fans in total Dislikes: Included fans have molex connectors so it is not motherboard controlled, cable management is tight but can still be kept clean, metal is thinner than I expected so do not manhandle when installing parts. ... show more

The case is really cheap, the metal they use is really thin. also not much room for cable management. Difficult to make everything fit. the whole case just has a really cheap feel to it. I was going to return it. But the company wanted me to pay for shipping it back to them. That's 1/2 the cost of the case to ship it back. might as well keep it and sell it myself. To me that's very poor customer service, anything else I have ever bought on Amazon and returned it the seller has always paid shipping. So I'm giving Montech 1 star for poor quality and bad customer service. I wont ever buy from them again. If I was you, I'd find something else, or spend $10-20 dollars more and get something better. ... show more

I have been building computers for over 30 years. Several as a computer tech although I left the hardware side a while back. I am a software developer now and have always continued to build my own personal systems. I have also done some hardware work for a few of my clients. All of that being said, this is the best "cheap" case I have worked on. Pros: -Excellent price which is great for a budget build or a higher one that you don't really want to pump a lot of money into case and fans. -Edges are well buffed so no real issues moving cables around worrying about slicing up my fingers -Comes with 4 Fans pre-installed (always a plus when going cheap) -Case is well circulated with plenty of air flow -Adequate space for cable management. It could be a little better but not bad as long as you have a modular or semi-modular power supply. -Multiple slits to allow for cables to be tucked out of the way. -Looks great on or off. -Power Supply well tucked away and hidden. Cons: -Fans are cables are a daisy chain molex so no motherboard control. -With my motherboard selection, SATA slots 3 & 4 are basically blocked by how the management holes are placed (shown in one of the pictures by a yellow arrow). This should only be an issue with ATX size motherboards and only on a case by case basis. -Case is fairly thin metal so dings can happen. Mine came with 2 dings on the side side panel but those should be hidden most of the time. ... show more

Really wanted this case to work but it had a couple short falls. First is a toss up, motherboard i have (B450 AORUS M) the sata ports are next to an elevated portion of the case that makes fitting the sata cables quite difficult. Had to use the cables provided by AORUS since the heads/tips of the cables were small enough to fit as seen in the photo i provided. Second is the pcie openings in the back of the case are not large enough to fit my Display Port cable to my gpu port. The GPU is fully inserted into the slot and as seen in photos the cable is not fully inserted, my cable has latches so that i would not have to worry about this exact scenario. I thought i had gotten it to fit but that is because the gpu popped out... I gave this product a 3 because of my personal experience but i do see its value, the price is what caught my eye as well as the design and airflow aspect. RBG fans are really neat but noise is too loud for me ever since i was spoiled by noctua. Great beginners case but again just not for me. ... show more
