I love the paint, but almost every one of the new cans in the box would not spray with the spray tips that come on them. I thought I was missing a step on getting them started spraying, but it's spray paint... not much more than shaking and spraying right? Love the paint, but cant get it out of the can!! The paint was amazing ! I really like how fluid it was and how easy it is to use. But when the package had came, the light purple colors cap broke so now I have to either buy a whole new van or a cap for it. (4.5/5)

    • There is a ring under the nozzle you have to remove before use

This was the only thing that cause me a delay- couldn't figure out why the nozzle wouldn't push. But once I pulled the nozzle off and the ring fell out, I figured it out. I have used a lot of spray paints I buy at the big box stores for my wood working projects. always get some dripping or puddling. This is the absolute best spray paint I have ever used. perfect coat and even if I sprayed to heavy there was np pudding or dripping. It dries very fast and looks beautiful. I sprayed some unfinished plywood boards for a laser project and they all came out better than expected. I will post a picture of the project when I finish it. ... show more

I actually love Montana spray paint even though idk the difference between the black and gold cans. The only reason why the star rating is so low is because of the price. I personally think it’s overpriced but if you can overlook that you’ll be happy with the spray paint.

It was nostalgic using Montana again. Nothing has changed since my younger years on trains and buildings with the quality that this paint provides. I had to make a sign for a get together my wife and I had for getting married and I decided to try the galaxy scene I’ve seen people doing. This set of a dozen colors was worth the extra cost because I would have had to travel a good distance and hope the colors would be available at a store. **To some of the people complaining in the reviews… there’s a lock ring on the stem you have to remove. It’s there for shipping purposes. This is a professional paint and not your average Krylon or Rusto so you need can control and should invest in a set of Montana caps if you want different lines or patterns. ... show more
