The paint needs to be a little thicker (as many others have said) but the colors are nice. Paint just too thin to work with which causes me to over use the bottle, causing the paint to empty faster. I had an issue with one of my paint tubes, contacted the sellers and they resolved to issue promptly and were very kind which I truly value and appreciate! The thank you card was nice & thoughtful and the extra brushes where really helpful. Again, just REALLY wish the paint was thicker because I had a hard time really getting into a flow state with painting w/out experiencing frustration from the lack of coverage.     • The paint in itself is wonderful, but...
The paint in itself is wonderful, the colors are vibrant and easily blend. The problem that I have is with the quality control in filling the tubes. The tubes were nowhere close to having 1.28 oz. most had less than half that amount. I got more paint out of a small 0.41 oz tube. The Titanium White was almost empty, so I had to use some from one of my small tubes. I won't buy again, and that's a shame, because I do like the paint and assortment, but empty tubes just don't get it done. Just to follow up about the seller of this product, although I won't change my rating I will give the seller a 6 star rating for customer service. After reading about my issue they immediately set out to correct it and went far above what I needed to satisfy my concern. I won't get into specifics but they exceeded the original order and made good on the product. You just can't buy that kind of honorable service. I do appreciate the follow up from them and certainly recommend them...Everyone is entitled to mistakes, but it's what they do once they make them, and this seller goes above and beyond to fix theirs.
