Received both train cases today. Product(s) are as described. They are durable and zippers appear high quality. I added a bottle of nail polish for size reference. I will be able to store lots of products neatly as this comes with more than enough sturdy soft foam-wrapped smooth wood dividers. These dividers are strong and bend just enough to firmly stay in each slot of your choice. I don’t understand the reason for any bad reviews. I give this case 5 stars for quality. I will use the large one to store my entire collection of foundations, blushes, eyeshadows and eyeliners, lip liners, lipsticks, mascaras and numerous eyebrow products. I got the black one first. It was awesome. Roomy, fit everything, portable. But the zippers weren’t sturdy and one broke and then the other. I loved the case so much I bought it again but got pink this time assuming the color was the only difference. But it’s smaller than the black one. And inch here or there makes all the difference. Anyway I shoved all my makeup in from my black one that broke but I can spreads see the zipper starting to come away from the seam. Let me start first by saying I’ve had dozens of makeup bags. I can never find one large enough to fit everything and to see everything. The large bag is absolutely perfect to organize everything and not dig through and search every time you need something. I purchased the 2 bags to use the smaller bag for traveling when I don’t need as much. Currently the smaller one is perfect for your nail polish. The inside had lots of pockets and compartments/dividers for all your makeup, brushes etc. I’m able to fit everything plus lotions, sprays etc. The material on the inside is easily washable and the outside is a durable material. I love that I can flip it upside down or sideways and nothing moves inside. I love the strap on the large bag to slide right on my suitcase. I absolutely adore these bags and I recommend them to anyone. I’ve always had 2-3 bags filled with makeup and I can finally say I have 1. This is a must buy or purchase for anyone! ... show more

I was excited about this bag. But when I got it not so much. They sent me the wrong color. I chose to just keep it. I did not want the hassle of returning it. But then when I opened it, absolutely every zipper was defective. It is an expensive bag. I expected quality manufacturing. I think the outer shell is probably durable, but the inside is disappointing. I would have returned it but needed emergency surgery, so by the time I could return it it was too late. Really like this set. Preferred this to something else since I can choose which case i need depending on how long I will be away. Likely also a space saver as right now my vanity is in one corner of my room. Deducted one star since zippers are not the best quality, but will see how they stand up (guess cant complain too much with how affordable these are). Really love how the larger one has a separare zipper for the top compartment. Definitely fits a lot and still had room to spare! (Havent tried the bigger one yet) Although the top zippered compartment cant handle more than one layer of palettes with brushes in place ... show more

The description as well as the picture clearly states that I was paying for 1 large bag and 1 small bag. I only received the large bag. I could have spent much less for just the large bag if that was all that wanted. I like the idea of having the matching bags. I sent the seller a message and will update when or if I hear back from them. I am really angry and after reading some of the other revues, I see that I am not the only one that has had this problem. Its great! Sturdy, plenty of room. I wish they made one even a little bigger than the largest one they have. I bought the large and small black ones and went back to get the XL Pink one because i loved it so much. It's perfect for traveling. They included lots of dividers but i didn't find a use for them as i'm mostly storing medicine, toiletries, and makeup. I suppose they would be useful if you transport smaller things.
