It’s very comfortable I like the headrest and the lumbar support. It rolls just fine and it adjust the height perfectly but the screws to hold the bottom of the arms in place aren’t long enough and so the screws for the arms keep popping out. I’ll need some replacement longer screws

The aesthetic is great , looks wise . Comfort I’d say it’s comfortable but it doesn’t roll around easily , the part to raise or lower chair you have to like sit on it to move it how u want . Overall to put it together took me a bit over an hour , pretty easy to put together. I’ll give it a 2 because it came damaged and trying to reach someone on website seems impossible. I may end up giving this chair to my daughters and finding a better one for myself ... show more

If you are used to a chair that rocks back and forth (like EVERY office chair known to man) this one does not. The most you can do is pull the lever and lock the back into different positions. I keep sliding my butt out which results in horrible posture because the lumbar sticks out too far and too low. It really is the MOST uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in. This coming from an automation engineer with a gaming computer at home. I spend a LOT of time in a seat and this is the worst one.
