DO NOT use corrosive / abrasive cleaning liquids or material that will damage the finish. Simply wipe the surface of the kitchen sink surface with a damp, soft cloth to keep it looking beautiful with minimal maintenance.
  • Drain size: Sink drain hole measures 3.5 inches without overflow. As metal sinks are not as thick as porcelain or stone sinks, please make sure the drain you purchase has threading all the way to the top. This is a wonderful sink! We were considering several sinks to go with our new counter top and after doing our research and narrowing down our list, we decided to go with a copper sink instead of a standard stainless steel sink. It is the perfect size sink for our kitchen island, and it looks amazing! It is very well built and substantial. We had bought one of Monarch Abode’s bathroom sinks and loved that so we’ve had experience with the brand in the past, and are very happy with our second purchase. We decided to under mount this sink instead of installing as a drop-in and our plumber didn’t have any issues installing it even though it didn’t come with a cutout since the inner dimensions were readily available Amazon and Monarch Abode website. We were considering paring the sink with and oil rubbed bronze faucet but instead decided to pair this sink with a black faucet – we really like the way it turned out. I bought this sink for a prep sink in my new kitchen. It’s absolutely beautiful and at a fantastic price. Great quality as far as the weight and thickness of the copper. I was concerned because the description of the sink did not include the guage of the metal. Only stated that it was “heavy gauge, pure copper”. I have not installed it yet, so at this time I can not comment on durability. But I am Thrilled with my purchase!!! Update. I’ve used this sink for about 6 months now and am very happy with its durability. Just a word of caution, I have noticed a small area where a lemon peel sat for a few hours and it has made the copper shiny on that one area. But that is my fault for not removing it promptly. The sink arrived with a small bend on one corner, but easy to straighten out with a deadblow hammer. I cut an opening in the mahogany top of a buffet and used the sink as a drop in. Overall the color and style fit really well with the look I was going for.

Bought the sink and gave it to the granite installer to mount under the granite and install in our basement bar. Couldn't be happier. It has a high end appeal with the hammered bottom and really ties in with the attached faucet and granite remnant from the installer. It's easy to wipe clean and durable in the few months we've had it installed. Would definitely use this sink again (or a larger version) when we redo our kitchen. Love the look it has! ... show more
