The taste is good; it was slightly grainy but there’s a chance my milk was not warm enough when mixing the yeast packet so it could totally be my fault! They were still good enough I wouldn’t hesitate to make them over and over again. Plus they were very easy to make.

We made these as a special treat for my niece who can't have gluten. They were great and tasted good when they were fresh. Got hard and inedible after sitting though. Recommend to only make what you can eat!
