I was so excited to see such a cute air frying book that was compact and was a spiral menu items that I must have looked over the best detail of all….. it come with a strong magnetic piece on the back of this book. This couldn’t have been any more perfect because it says attached to the side of our refrigerator (which doesn’t look at all tacky as many would originally think). The pages are well designed, written and each have a type of laminated material on them making wiping clean a breeze. The book is overall durable and the recipes offered are simple yet still versatile enough to fit into the majority of family meals. The stability of this and the strength of magnet have shown to be impressively flawless. My older children that are at an age to safely and maturely operating our air fryer have likely enjoyed using this book to try new items the most. Highly recommend to EVERYONE with an air fryer or curious about checking into them and at every skill level. I seen this when I purchased my new Air Fryer but I didn't think I would get much use from it. Well after having the Air Fryer for just a couple days I came back and purchased it. I am truly so glad I did!! It comes in very handy, it's magnetic stays perfect on my fridge and it even looks good. It is very helpful to keep your ingredients organized so you don't have to keep looking down at your recipes. It's made of heavy duty plastic and is very easy to use. I just recently bought an air fryer. While it came with a really great recipe book, it was 'light' on how do cook anything else, outside of the recipe book. That's why I say this is special. This little book attaches to the side of my fridge with a large 5X3 inch magnet. That means it is always within reach when needed. Next it is broken out by 5 understandable sections. Want to cook Chicken? Look under Poultry. Potatoes? Look under Vegetables. Easy Peasy! Next each section has a list of foods, along with temp, times and other important facts. Frozen Potato Wedges? Look under heading 'Frozen Section', find Potato Wedges and you will find the temperatures for both Fahrenheit, or Celsius and the cook times in minutes. Plus, there is an added bonus that tells you how to convert the cook instructions that are printed on the bag for baking in the oven, to cooking in your air-fryer. Plus the pages are coated with plastic so they can be wiped clean and will last a long time. I also like that it lists all temperatures in both celcius and farenheit since my airfryer is in celcius, makes it easy to know what to set your airfryer to. The media could not be loaded. I recently bought my first air fryer and this book has already become extremely useful to me. The book covers that gap between your owners manual and the recipe booklet that comes with a new air fryer. It is not a cookbook in the traditional sense with a collection of recipes, but a cooking guide. It is designed to take the guesswork out of cooking items not included in your paperwork or preset panel. Setting the time & temperature for the most basic items on your air fryer (analog or digital) has never been easier. Let’s face it, not everything you want to cook has a preset. Anyway, the book is very simple and easy to use. Ingredients are arranged by food group and then listed alphabetically with dual temperatures (°F and °C), followed by cooking time. For items not listed, you will find formulas that are beneficial in helping you convert to air fryer time. Most useful will be taking the conventional cooking times of frozen foods and/or baked items and converting them to air fryer times (taquitos was my first test and it was spot on!). The book is constructed to endure daily use with pages that are water proof, oil proof, and most recently tested by cat as marinara proof! With its large magnet on the back you can stick it onto any magnetic surface or use the wire loop on top to hang on a hook. Overall, whether young or old, a first time owner, a foodie, a home cook, or a professional chef everyone can benefit from this book. Definitely 5-stars!!!!! ... show more
