I’ve been trying to switch our household to being more natural and ditching as many harmful chemicals as I can, so I needed a detergent that could handle my husband’s work clothes. We used Arm & Hammer for years, but it just wasn’t cleaning good enough. I thought about going to Tide or Gain, but we both have very sensitive skin issues. (He’s always had chronic acne, and I have psoriasis that can get irritated by certain detergents) I did some investigating and found a lot of recommendations for this brand. I decided it was worth a shot, and we’ll never go back to anything else! I love how our clothes feel and smell after going through the wash now. Everything just feels clean, smells clean, and looks clean! Even his dirty, oily, sweaty clothes are coming out cleaner than any detergent has ever gotten them! I use two scoops of this detergent, one tablespoon of washing soda or baking soda, and a swirl of dawn dish soap for his clothes. I’ve always used this combo (just switching out the detergent) for his clothes, so I can tell that the difference truly is Molly’s! We HIGHLY recommend this brand to any fellow blue collars families trying to make the natural changes in their household but still need that cleaning power! ... show more

I’ve never been using this over a year now and just finally ordered a new one! It’s just two of us in a household so there’s laundry done once a week but it only requires 2 tablespoons. I put three. I have a top loader washer so i recommend putting the laundry detergent in first then your clothes! Do a warm cycle so it will dissolve. There isn’t a scent from the detergent but if you want something that you know all the ingredients! Get molly suds!! ... show more

I’m still not sure what to make of this product. I decided we were going to switch the whole family to it since my son has eczema and the other detergents break him out. While I still use it for his clothing/bedding, I tried using it for my white towels (one of which was really dirty thanks to my husband wiping a spill in the garage with it). I used 2 scoops of Molly suds and put the vinegar in the softener as instructed and the towel still looked extremely dirty. Not sure how much cleaning it actually does because I tested it against another product and the towel came out free of dirt stains. 🥴 ... show more

Mollys suds will now be a staple in our home! We’ve only tried the peppermint so far but will definitely order different scents in the future. Comes with a little scoop inside and the bag lasts forever. Our clothes don’t have the weird residue like they do with other detergents and bonus for the low tox ingredients in mollys suds! Let me say, I’ve used MANY detergents from non natural to natural and this is by far the best one! I have been using this for almost 4 months now. I pretty severe eczema and since I’ve started this detergent I haven’t had a single flare up! I also have 7 cats and a couple of them have urinary issues, shockingly this detergent even removes the cat pee smell from the fabric! My partner is a blue collar man and his clothes at times are absolutely rancid, this detergent removes all the smell and grime from his work clothes! I cannot describe how much I love this detergent! There isn’t really any smell to the clothes after being washed. So if you want your clothes to have a strong scent I’m not sure if you’ll like this, if you don’t care then it’s the one for you! I would have gotten unscented, but I got the citrus scented one because I thought maybe the smell would neutralize the cat urine odor. ... show more

Here's a revised version of your online review: "While the size of my laundry loads might be a factor, I've found that I need to use twice the recommended amount for optimal results. When using Tide, some stains persisted. However, upon switching to Molly Sud’s, those same stains vanished. I love the smell and also that it’s a plant based product. We know that we are ingesting harmful chemicals daily and this makes me feel better knowing we are reducing our chemical intake. Smells great and I don’t even need fabric softener. It’s a win win!

I love that this product has non toxic, clean ingredients. I feel comfortable using this for my baby who has sensitive skin. The only drawback with this is that it doesn’t do well at removing stains. I pair this with the Mollys suds oxygen brightener for any clothes with stains and together they work well. Other than that, great for regular loads! ... show more
