Upon first touch, this bed feels incredibly firm, almost like sleeping on a wooden plank. However, after allowing it to adjust to your body weight and shape, it becomes surprisingly comfortable. The bed molds to your shape, gently sinking in and hugging your body. If you move or change positions, it readjusts back to its firm state, starting the process over again. After sleeping on this bed for two nights, I have not experienced any back pain or body aches upon waking up. I have been able to stay fully asleep throughout the night, a major improvement from my previous bed. Overall, for the price I paid, I am very satisfied with this purchase. I am hopeful that in six months, I will still feel the same way. UPDATE 2/22/24: Although it hasn't been 6 months yet, I wanted to provide an update on this bed as it has become even more comfortable over time. It initially took about a week of sleeping on it to break it in, but now it is no longer as firm as a wooden plank. I eagerly look forward to going to bed each night as it hugs my body and keeps me sleeping soundly. Additionally, it is stable and not bouncy, allowing for easy movement without disturbing my partner. I still love this mattress. It is the exact proper firmness I wanted. I don't sink into the mattress, yet it still feels like I am just floating. It's great to sleep on. Best yet, it's made in Taiwan, the real, free China.

We've had this mattress a little over a month now. I wanted to wait a while before reviewing to give an honest review. For the money this is an excellent memory foam mattress. It's just memory foam though, so don't expect anything spectacular. I've had softer mattresses and firmer ones, this one is middle of the road. It's comfortable, the memory foam is very responsive to weight and once you get up the mattress returns to its normal size. I don't wake up hot due to the mattress getting hot, it also does a great job at not transferring weight, I can get in and out of bed and never wake my wife. For the money this is a fine product. We bought the 14in King, neither one of us are "small" for our size lol but the mattress accommodates us very well. I was worried that we would feel the frame beneath us after laying on the mattress for a while but that's not the case. Even after sleeping on it all night there's still a solid 6 inches between us and frame. I will say that once you take it out of the packaging, give it a fu 48 to 72 hrs to fully inflate and get to its correct size and spongy "ness" . I slept on mine the first night and it was not comfortable, quite rigid actually, but after 3 days it was a totally different mattress. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a king or queen memory foam on a budget. ... show more

I ordered this mattress back in October 2023. The 10" black mattress. I'm usually not one to like a firm mattress and this mattress is quite firm. I have found though, that I sleep incredibly well on this mattress. Being memory foam, you do sink into the mattress some. Obviously body weight is going to be a factor in how far in you sink. I'm over 250lbs, so I sink in a good bit. It took several days for the mattress to fully expand. I expected the typical 48-72 hours for the mattress to expand, but it was nearly a week. I was a bit worried at first because of how long it was taking to expand but it did finally expand to full size. I bought this mattress to replace a "firm" hybrid mattress from another brand that never expanded to full size and would fully compress when I laid on it to the point of being able to feel the springs inside it. I decided to give the mattress a few months before writing a review due to past experiences. Fortunately, so far, this mattress has been nothing but great. It's so comfortable, I can't even lay on it to read or watch TV without almost immediately falling asleep. If you're in need of a new mattress, whether for a master bedroom, a kid's room or a guest bedroom, this one is an excellent choice. ... show more

I bought a different bed in a box two years ago and paid twice the price of this one AND it sucked. At first it was ok but then got so soft that it killed my back and neck. I was sleeping like garbage. Then I found this one and I admit I was not keen on buying a new mattress so soon after the last one. I kinda thought “ok it’s cheap. It may be crap because it’s cheap, but it’s gotta be better than the one I have”. So this mattress came in, popped it open. Too easy. Waited the time to put it on the bed frame. My first thought was “ain’t know way this mattress is better than one twice the price that had the same claims”. Well it is!!!! This mattress is heaven. My neck and back pain are gone. I am actually sleeping now and not waking up every hour adjusting myself. This one is actually firm and feels like a literal dream. I could not be happier. I have been sleeping on it for a month or so and it’s no different today than the first night. Why didn’t I do this sooner??????!!!!!! All the sleepless nights and the pain was miserable. Like similar reviews, I recognized the emphasis in “firm” that this mattress provided prior to buying this. However, I thought to myself that I like firm beds, so this will be fine. And honestly, it’s a good option. Not luxurious but not bone hard or fluffy soft. I bought this as a bed to use for a couple years while in college and I think it is perfect for that. However, I would not recommend this bed for long term use. If you like to sit up on your bed to watch TV or read a book, I wouldn’t get this bed. My hips and back hurt after doing so for just an hour and a half or two (And this is even after adding a mattress topper). The bed definitely sinks if you’re lying in one spot for awhile, but will reform after a bit of time. It was easy to set up and I didn’t notice any smell either. Summary: you get what you pay for.
