So, keep in mind as you read: I’m a low-income person who regularly sleeps on the ground for work and thinks an embassy suites and cheesecake factory is the height of luxury. I bought this mattress in early August and woooooowowowowow it’s so comfortable and it’s held up so well. I used to get bad back pain from my mattress, or I would have to rotate my mattress often because I would wear craters into it. Never with this mattress. No pain, no wear, no noise, no problems. It’s supportive without being too firm, comforting and soft without swallowing you. The thickness is perfect, it just all around works great. It came in a big huge heavy box, I was able to pull the mattress out with some difficulty (but nothing crazy), and set it up super easy on my frame. I let it rise for a day and some change just to make sure it could expand, and it was great from the get go. I’ve never ordered an online mattress so I wasn’t sure if it would work out without trying. It’s perfect, 10/10, would buy this again and again and again. I’m very impressed ... show more

I just switched from a memory foam mattress bc my back hurt literally every night, I have lower back injuries... I got this one and the very first night sleeping on it was amazing. My back didn't force me out the bed early not one time and I'm on day 3. Definitely worth the money... It's soft, thick, And the mattress has a little bounce if that helps any of you 😉 ... show more

You get what you pay for. The box was heavy, but it unpacked easy enough. I let it air and rise for about 3 days. I didn’t notice any smell. I will say it’s more soft than semi-firm. Not cloud soft, but a reasonable amount of give. I tend to like softer beds and it works for me. It doesn’t provide support on the edges so if you are looking to sit on the edge of the bed or sleep near the edge, it will roll you right off. But for the price, it gives a decent night sleep. For me it’s a temporary need for a couple months, so it would also work fine for a guest room. If you are looking for a good, every night, multi-year mattress, I would recommend spending a bit more, but if its for occasional use, this works fine. ... show more

I'm just mad that I didn't buy these sooner! They're so nice and so soft. The only weird thing is the queen seems shorter than a regular queen but I'm not tall so its fine. They're very comfortable. I got the 10inch twin and 12 inch queen. Pic of queen is when I first unboxed it, it puffs up after a few days. We love them! Buying another twin for my other kid soon! ... show more

If you’re looking for peak luxury then this isn’t it. It’s a cheap mattress in a box that provides a good night sleep. Overall I’m happy with it I sleep well and don’t wake up in pain. I’m not made of money and needed a mattress and this fit the bill. I took one star away due to the edges having zero support you can’t sit on the edge. But I’d recommend buying this.
