  • Protective, Slightly Heavy, a Couple Minor Inconveniences
Color: Black
The cover was very easy to install. As others have noted, the cutouts are spot-on. It adds a considerable amount of weight to the device, especially with the type cover on, but that's typically a cost for decent protection. For the most part it's very easy to handle the device with this cover on as it gives some good grip around the edges, but the added weight would make it hard to hold it up to read for any length of time. That's not how I use my Surface so it's not a concern of mine but it's worth noting. I read several reviews that stated that the thin plastic strip that goes across the bottom is very flexible and moves around a lot during handling and I'll confirm that. I understand the need to have a thinner strip there (to allow connection of they type cover) but I'm guessing that's the weakest part of this case and will likely be the first thing to break. If I grab the device by the bottom to pull it out of my bag, that thin strip tends to flex and slide and it makes it a little less secure in my hand and feels like it may break at some point. Not a huge deal, just something I need to be aware of and be careful of. Another minor inconvenience is that the stylus needs to be snapped in high enough to allow access to the cutout to swing the stand out. If you snap it in too high it then blocks the headphone jack. So there is a sweet spot that allows access to about 75% of the slot to grab the stand and pull it out while still allowing access to the headphone jack. Again, not a huge issue and not a deal breaker for me. All the cutouts are VERY clean and precise and that's much more important to me than the position of the stylus. Also worth noting... those that said that the stylus clip is strong weren't joking... so much better than the magnetic attachment to the tablet. I used to lose the stylus in my bag all the time because it would get knocked off. Not in this clip... It's a solid grasp without being obnoxiously hard to remove the stylus when needed. And the clip seems designed in such a way that it will not weaken over time but that's just an assumption at this point. The strap on the back is something I'll likely never need, but I'll note that unlike some other tablet cases that have that feature, this one seems VERY durable. It's a rubber-ish strap with great grip (imagine a very thick, wide, resistance band), it's plenty tight and feels like it will outlast the case itself. Often times that strap is cheap elastic material that ends up staying stretched out or it frays and looks like crap. Not this one. It's very nice. It lays completely flat on the case back and is recessed just enough that it won't catch on things as I slide it in and out of my bag or if I slide the device across a table. The little rubber band in the corner that holds the type cover closed is a nice addition. It seems very thin where it attaches to the case itself, so we'll see if it holds up. But as a feature it's a good one if it doesn't break. All in all this seems like a great case so far and suits my needs perfectly. I use my Surface for work and I'm in and out of a vehicle often and I wanted some edge protection in case of a drop. I also use it on the treadmill and I feel better having some extra protection there as well. ... show more

  • A very nice case at a good price!
Color: Black
I've purchased several of these MoKo cases for MS Surface Pro users at the company I work for. The case provides good screen protection from casual bumps and short drops. It's a nice tight fit and it's also light weight. There's a foldout stand that works well. I definitely recommend this MoKo case to MS Surface Pro 7 users. ... show more

  • Works for Surface Pro 6, With Some Minor Issues
Color: Black
I read the reviews for this and decided to take a shot with the worse option being it didn't work and I had to send it back. Honestly, it works quite well for Pro 6. The case is easy enough to get on and off if you need to, but not so lose that it will fall off at the first opportunity. It is quite rugged, providing good protection for my Surface, which travels in a backpack just about every day. The small rubber loop for holding a type cover on also works well and prevens the cover from moving at all during transit. The case also helps with the type cover by providing a small space between it and the screen so a small bump won't damage the screen. I tested the vents and even with the case, it doesn't heat up any more than my older Pro 4 under the same load. I don't have a use for the small handle on the case but it provide a good point to grab the case when carrying the device. The case also doesn't interfere with the type cover interface, and keeps it again from going anywhere. The buttons make adjusting the volume and powering on and off quite easy and while it may take a little more force, it isn't a major issue. At least for me My two complaints: The holder for the Surface Pen. It is very difficult to get the pen in and out. I'm sure it isn't going anywhere, but getting it in and out is an issue. My second issue is with the power port slot. It is difficult to get the plug in, and it sometimes pops out. It doesn't hold as hard as the charge port being bare. So you have to be a little more careful plugging it in. The other issue with the port is that it only seems to work in one direction better than the other. When the cable is going up it works better than when the cable is going down, with respect to the top of the device. Those are really my only two issues. Overall, it has some issues, but I'm happy with my purchase and despite issues. My only assumption is manufacturing tolerances in why some work and some don't. ... show more

  • Very durable!
Color: Black
I bought my laptop 3 years ago and immediately purchased this case because I carry it everywhere with me. This case lasted all 3 years and my laptop never even got a scratch! A few weeks ago the bottom piece broke, but it was my fault as I was pushing it down and it snapped. One week without the case and my computer got a scratch, I immediately bought another one!! Very durable and offers so much protection! ... show more

  • Major protection!
Color: Pink + Gray
My pre-teen daughter drops it a lot and it’s still working, not cracked. Pen holder holds tight and never falls out. Perfect for her to try and do damage to it.
